On the block where I live, my neighbors have more than a few visitors that park as they please. Sometimes they block my entry into the driveway or other times I have to carefully maneuver my vehicle through the limited space I'm faced with. This time during the maneuvering I heard a noise. I happened to pass too close to the wooden gate. Total shock followed by anger took over me when I stepped out and noticed not only a scratch on the front bumper, but an open tear as well. I will spare you the aftermath of my emotions and fast forward to how I ended up at Gold Coast Collision Center located along S. Dixie Highway. I found this small paint and body shop through Yelp search. I met the owner who was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the work and labor that has to be done. Since the damage on my vehicle was minimal, I was told to bring it by the next day and the work should be completed within 24 hours. 24 hours later.... I arrived at the shop within two hours after receiving a phone call informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The owner was not there, but I met an associate of his who took me into the work area to take a look at my baby. I was speechless and very happy at what I was seeing. The scratch and tear was gone like it was never there. They 100% matched the color and the gloss of the paint was exactly how it looked the day I drove it out of the dealership. I really appreciate the swift and efficient work the guys at Gold Coast Collision Center has done. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing paint and body work. It was a almost new vehicle with just some miles on it. yet they failed to note a couple scratches and dent. When the dealership failed to help with this I tried a couple places near my work in Pompano. AF had a couple good reviews so I stopped in. I was met immediately by the nicest of guys, Flavio. He welcomed me into his shop and once I explained things he came out and looked at the car. I had the estimate from the dealership and one other place so I was aware the high and lows of what the quote could be. I can say within minutes he stated a rate a few hundred lower than I expected. I agreed of course. he said to bring in next week I said, "how about I give it to you tomorrow(Friday), and you have the whole weekend to work on it?" he agreed to my relief(I needed my car back sooner the better). After the weekend I popped in. It was all done! Great price, and done really fast. I couldn't have asked for more and was grateful to have found Flavio's shop.

I searched online for a body shop with great reviews and came across B&R Auto Body Works. Choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. The workmanship was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way B&R Auto Body Works does. I highly recommend B&R Auto Body Works to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality collision repair services
