This physiotherapy clinic refused me service because I use a wheelchair. They have no stairs, but…read moreclaimed their rooms were too small, despite not asking me for the dimensions of my chair. Making no effort to accommodate, their administrative assistant simply relayed the message from unspecified management that I was not allowed to use the clinic. I attempted to contact the management for clarification and left a message but received no response. Thankfully, I have been well-served at another physio clinic in St John's, or I would have to waste my time and dignity pursuing services from this blatantly ableist and unprofessional organization.
