At SIX WEEKS after the break they then recommended I see a doc for surgery. REALLY??? I gave up on them and ended up going to another Orthopeadic who got me in next day, and operated within 4 days to correct the problem. I wouldn't recommend Front Range to my worst enemy. It's not the doctors who are the problem, its the front desk. They simply don't have it together and act like a shield between the doc's and the patients. Just getting an appointment is an act of congress and they will keep pushing you out week after week until broken bones heal incorrectly. To add insult to injury, when I skipped my last appointment (because I went to another orthopedic office), they didn't even give a call to follow up. I guess they are fine with someone under their care running around with a bone - healing out of alignment - and in constant pain. Be aware going to Front Range, that you are just a number and just another whiner in pain. I'd avoid this place at all cost.

While I am thankful for their care, I'd rather be walking on my own! One little frustration, doctor provided an order for durable medical equipment, but the address on their paperwork for the distributor was wrong. The supplier moved 9 months ago. Just a wasted stop on my way home. nothing huge. I've advised the office of the mistake and I hope they correct their form for the next patient.

I wish we could rate 10 instead of 5 stars. Dr. Maria Vanushkina is OFF THE CHARTS A-MAZING!…read morePhenomenal! This migh sound crazy but when she walked into the exam room (my husband and I are over 50)...I thought "oh my gosh she is so young, she must be a prodigy" because her reputation preceded her with how fantastic she is and that the 4 month wait to see her is by far worth it because of her extensive knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. I can honestly say that everything wonderful thing you here about Dr. Vanushkina is true- she is patient, empathetic, caring, so so so smart and knowledgeable, and I am so grateful my PCP referred me to her and that I can call Dr. Vanushkina my doctor. She validates your feelings and needs, and looks to see what the causes and solutions are.

Each of the "Visit Notes" stated they spent almost an hour with me, which isn't true. I do believe part of that hour is used to review my history. Although the doctors run late, they surprised me by having reviewed my X-rays before my visit, knowing about my other medical issues, and where I am in my recovery. I cannot say enough good things about Dylan, Maria and the front desk staff. Issues with prescriptions and getting earlier appointments, have always been resolved within the week. It took some time to get an initial appointment (3 months) but I feel it was worth it. I wish I didn't have medical issues that require so many doctor appointments, but it's given me some experience when it comes to filtering out those outfits that just want to make money from your ailments.

They focused more on exercise movements and while I liked that, because of the small space, I felt like I was on top of other clients sometimes and then treated like a child (to stop talking) if I started a conversation with the client that was RIGHT in-front of me. Did not appreciate that. I know focusing is important but it is awkward when you are so close to someone else and talking helps with that awkwardness. In the end I left. If you don't mind tight spaces, this might work for you.

I decided that I needed a diagnosis and exercises to get rid of it for good. The therapist Darin Yantis actually stayed late to work me into his schedule, and he did a fantastic job of narrowing down the problem through diagnostic procedures and then explained what the muscles needed. He took me through a set of movements, explaining what each one did, and then used a short massage on the back muscles to help ease the pain I was in. At the end, he printed out detailed instructions on each exercise and stretch, and I have spent about 10 minutes a day following them. What a difference! Although I had made a follow up appointment, I was able to cancel because the exercises were doing exactly what he said they would. This has been so encouraging, and the enthusiasm and kindness I received was wonderful. I highly recommend.

I just spent the last 8 months here (at least it felt like it). I was recovering from a car…read moreaccident and needed additional treatment so I was referred by my chiropractor. I've heard great things about Orthopedic Rehab in general- they have a lot of locations- this location is really good. My physical therapist was Micah. He is very good. He also does dry needling and I felt like he did very well with that- he explained everything and normalized the process and was in tune and sensitive with how I was handling it. Micah is smart and knows what he is doing. You spend some time with your physical therapist and then have techs and assistants who walk you through your exercises and treatments. Overall I appreciated each one who worked with me. One tech in particular seemed distant and I felt like he shamed me when I arrived at the wrong time for an appointment (I'm not convinced that was my fault) and that really bothered me. But the people working are personable, caring and knowledgable. Their equipment is good and I enjoyed observing the interactions with other patients and among the team. There are TV's in the rehab area and I got a real kick out of how into The Price Is Right the staff seemed each time I was there. :) I had frustrations with scheduling. I think about 30% of the time (and I went A LOT and for A LONG TIME) there were mistakes made with my scheduling- either the day, time, which treatment I was having, or even the therapist I was seeing. I think improvements need to be made in their scheduling system. The front desk staff, especially more recently, are warm and on top of things. This office has recently added services for women's health which I think is awesome. They don't take my insurance (Aetna) but they were fair in their prices which I respected. The owner/manager of this location, Chad, is extremely personable and seems like a good leader. There were some times I felt like the staff were giving up on me, indifferent to me, distracted or maybe even a little uncommitted. I think that could have been because I was a patient longer than most other people, and maybe my own discouragement that I wasn't getting enough better rubbed off on them. Overall, though, my experience was positive and I will highly recommend this location of Orthopedic Rehab.
