Review: The owner is disrespectful and unreliable. I expected him first thing Friday morning, as…read morethe job would most likely involve replacing some rotted wood (which we had discussed when he was here to take measurements and work up an estimate). When he didn't arrive until nearly 11 am, I expressed my disappointment. He told me he'd be done in 3.5 hours. I reminded him about the rotted wood, and he suggested we reschedule for the following Monday. (Note that a previous customer review indicated that he installed gutters over top of rotted wood, and did not tell the customer.) I told him I no longer trusted him to do the work since he couldn't be on time to complete the job on the agreed upon date. He suggested we "let cooler heads prevail." I replied my decision stands. His text reply to me is quoted, "Once a d _ _ _ always a d_ _ _. I only work cause I enjoy it. I have plenty of money so shove ya house sideways up that funky a_ _ of yours." Then he texted a screenshot of his $8.2M portfolio.
