Completely unprepared... But nice. I had to supply him with a ladder, electricity to charge his batteries, none of which worked so that he ended up using my drill and other tools. That was all fine, but because of the trouble he said he would only charge me $350 instead of the $400 that we initially agreed to. While he was there, he quoted me $300-$350 on the chimney box repair. I paid him the full $400 for the attic stair installation with the agreement that he would perform the chimney box repair for $300. After several texts to ask when I could have the chimney repaired, the son finally responded and said that they would have to charge me $400 for the chimney repair. This is not only $50 more than the high end of the initial quote, it's $100 more than the agreed-to price that I made with his dad based on my overpayment for the Attic Stairs installation. I asked the son to do the right thing and either honor the initial agreement or refund me $50. Of course I got no response.

The job was done last October, shingles do not match and the leak is worse. DO NOT USE RG construction, they do not stand by their work.
