In January 2025, I went in person to switch my membership to my new car and was told everything was set. I later discovered I was being billed twice every month ($24.51 and $19.19). When I returned to request a refund, the staff had to call the owner who said they would only refund six months of overcharges. They also refused to provide any receipts or written confirmation of cancellations. After I left, I only received a refund for one month, not the six months promised.
