When I returned to request a refund, the staff had to call the owner who said they would only refund six months of overcharges. They also refused to provide any receipts or written confirmation of cancellations. After I left, I only received a refund for one month, not the six months promised. I've been a loyal, respectful customer and always tip. This was handled poorly and unprofessionally. I strongly recommend that anyone with a membership check their bank statements carefully.

I like it because…read moreit's kept decently clean & the vacuums are adequate and always working, but mostly I come because it's currently the only one in the area that offers a touchless car wash. I make it a point not to ever use the brushes in the self washing bays as they are often full of debris from previous cars and/or being dropped on the ground. With two kids I don't always have time to hand wash my vehicle so a touchless wash is very convenient. Two main things that bother me are the lack of soap dispensed in the touchless wash. I use more soap washing my hands. Very little comes out which is quite disappointing particularly in the higher priced packages as well that dispense the color foam. Also the air drying isn't as effective as it should be. I still have to do quite a bit of towel drying after using it. Other annoyances, their receipt printer is always out of paper, which doesn't bother me, but may others. When the touchless is out of order you won't know it until you've pulled all the way in. A sign near the front would be nice. If there's a line for the touchless, each wash is about 6mins, it becomes a cluster f*#$k especially for anyone wanting to use the self wash bays or for those who change their mind because there's no getting out of there. If another touchless pops up even if it's further away, I'll be going to there. Bottom line Self wash bays are good. I occasionally use it but avoid the brush. I just use the gun. Good pressure and good amount of soap. The touchless is only good for maintenance washes. For real washes find another place or hand wash yourself in between trips here.
