Although this manufacturing defect was in no way caused by Storm Master, the staff at Storm Master went above and beyond in assisting me in filing a claim against the reluctant shingle manufacturer. They were willing to stand behind the product which they sold and installed even when the company which made the shingles did not. This kind of exceptional customer service well after the sale is not prevalent from what I've seen from other roofing contractors, thus the 5-star rating.

I inquired if Chip had time to look at my house, and he walked it and told me that it wasn't need in repair. Chip and Trish literally "held my hand" through the entire inspection, appraisal, insurance process; something I had NEVER been through before. They were honest, encouraging, but above all they were patient with me. The attention to detail that they and the crew from Tritan provides in repairing/replacing a roof should be emulated by other companies. To say they "do it right" is an understatement, and was obvious when they pulled the old roof off which was shoddily done on a home that is barely 5 years old. (Shame on today's builders.) However, he later contacted me to say that time wouldn't work, and we rescheduled for 10:00 a.m. Then, on the morning of March 17th, I received a message from Josh at 8:30 a.m. saying he was already on his way. This was frustrating because not only did he change the original appointment, but he then disregarded the agreed-upon time and showed up even earlier without checking if it worked for me.
