First, he contacted me at 0700 IRT a Yelp solicitation for services to mount a new TV on our patio. He immediately sent me a typed, detailed estimate for the work. I agreed via text and he kept me updated via phone and text as to his arrival time. He and his assistant arrived as he said they would. He was in uniform with a complete toolkit and even though I did not need it, he brought an extra mounting assembly just in case. He takes all form of electronic payments which made it quite convenient to settle up with him via Venmo. Unlike other vendors I contacted, Tracy hauled away the old TV as part of his service. I cannot say enough positive things about Tracy The Camera Guy and definitely plan to avail myself of his expert services again in the future!
