Both times I was exceedingly happy with every facet of dealing with Pittsabana Roofing. Maria and Ivan and their crew are eminently friendly, professional, and efficient in both cost and time. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and they didn't leave a single nail or scrap of wood when the jobs were completed. I of course, got multiple quotes for both jobs and while I never went with the cheapest, I thought their prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and how quickly they were able to get things done. They are local they are reliable and they do high-quality work. Can't recommend them strongly enough!

Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Hard-working. Efficient…read more If these are qualities you are looking for in a company to repair or replace your gutter system and/or roof, look no further! Pittsabana's team is all of this and more! From the first call to receive a free estimate through to completion, Maria, Ivan and the Pittsabana team were a pure delight to work with. Their knowledgeable and professional service made the potential headache of major home repairs dissolve. I initially contracted Pitttsabana to remove the ineffective box gutters from my 1900 home that had been poorly repaired in what some might call a 'fix and flip'. I called for the estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend and Ivan showed up first thing Monday morning to take drone imaging of the gutters in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was provided two estimates: one to repair the existing box gutters and another to remove them and install a seamless aluminum gutter system. In the end, I chose the second. However, upon removing the box gutters, Ivan' team gained access to the attic for the first time as I have no internal access and discovered considerable water damage, NO Insulation, and shingles slapped on top of other shingles to hide the actual state of the roof!! (No wonder my gas/electric bills were so high!) Ivan contacted me immediately with images and knowledge of how to go about fixing the roof, and again I was provided with multiple options to choose from. Ivan was willing to come to the house and patiently walk me through my options, explaining the differences between the plans, as much of this was new to me. This allowed me to pick the plan that best fit both my aesthetic and my budget! Ivan's team arrived early every day, worked diligently, and adapted their work schedule to meet the needs of my family (ending earlier than they otherwise would have one day). They thoroughly cleaned the area every day to ensure that my yard was safe for my dogs. AND they went above and beyond, fixing some 'poorly flipped' items they discovered along the way! By the time all was said and done, I have a functioning gutter system, a STUNNING new roof with proper ventilation, properly lined and capped chimneys, and a crew I would consider friends! 20/10!

I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off. Extremely happy with his work!

Tony Gatto Home Improvements LLC has been in business since 2002. Their website is not currently…read moreworking, but I previously read on it that the business specializes in roofs, gutters, downspouts, fascia repairs, gutter cleaning, chimney caps, and some seasonal services. So far, I have hired this business two times--once in 2022 and once in 2024. In 2022, I noticed that my house had missing roof shingles, a leaking skylight, and dirty gutters. I contacted the owner Tony to request an estimate for his services. A few weeks later, Tony arrived at my house on time to do the work. In under one hour, he reattached my missing shingles, repaired the exposed flashing and nailheads (I am explaining the technical details as best as I can!) around my skylight, sealed the area around my skylight with caulk, and cleaned the debris from my gutters. The total cost was very reasonable. In 2024, I noticed a water stain on the ceiling in an upstairs room in my house, and I wondered if my roof was leaking. I contacted Tony, and he said that he could set an appointment for the very next day! He arrived on time, and he made very courteous conversation. He did a full inspection of the exterior of my roof, which he said was in perfect condition except for some loose flashing around my chimney. He repaired that flashing. The price was very reasonable. He also informed me that I have bees or yellow jackets that are living in a wall, so I will contact an exterminator to solve that problem. I greatly appreciate Tony's prompt, skilled, and friendly service!

Truly Exceptional Roofer & Project Partner…read more I can't recommend Jordan (not the owner although I am sure he is great too), the incredible roofer and project lead highly enough. From day one, he went far beyond what you'd expect--not just handling the roof work, but acting as a true advocate and guide through an extremely drawn-out and stressful process. All at a great value. Jordan helped me navigate a complicated insurance situation, communicated efficiently with his crew and other consultants, and stayed on top of every detail. He checked on the roof regularly to make sure my tenants and property stayed safe, all while keeping things calm and moving forward behind the scenes. Thanks to his professionalism, we got through roof, wall, and ceiling repairs with no hiccups. He was responsive, thorough, and just an all-around wonderful person to work with. Jordan is truly one of the best repair team members you could ask for--and I feel incredibly lucky to have had him on my side during this project.

I had them install a new roof and gutters on my house last summer. The roof wasn't leaking or having problems just getting old. I had 4" overhangs along the sides of the existing roof. When they were installing the new roof, they informed me that they don't usually do overhangs anymore and asked to remove them. They are the professionals not me so I said okay. In the winter I do get icicles on the dormer but have never had a problem with the water getting into the house. This winter I had a small amount of ice buildup, much smaller than in the past. Because the overhangs were removed the ice reached the fascia and water was able to get behind it and leak into the house. I contacted Buccos roofing and they sent someone to look at it. They said I needed to add a gutter along the dormer to try and keep the ice from getting to the fascia. This is not an ideal solution, but I guess its workable. I was then told I would have to pay for this even though they are the ones that created the problem. They keep saying the roof was installed correctly and it is not there fault. If for over 20 years I have not had water get in then all the sudden it does because the overhangs are gone I would say it's there fault.
