I walked out on my front porch and the man was hooking up to my faucet without even knocking. When I called the company to inquire about the situation, I spoke to a man named Bob, he was extremely rude and told me they use other neighbor's water all the time because there are so many second home owners it doesn't matter and hung up on me. I would recommend using any other company.

All in all my insurance paid them WAY TOO much money, and they didn't deserve prob 1/4 of it. Hell of nice to own a business in a small town and take advantage of the local people. This guy gets over on the insurance company and the locals. And oddly enough I'm not the first person to deal with this from Eric conner, it becomes more obvious that his business drives on insurance claims so he can exaggerate them n make money from them.
