At first, I read the reviews and most of them seemed good, so I decided to use this tinting company. I contacted the company and they provided me an estimate, date and time they would install the tint on my brand new vehicle. Everything seemed to be on the up and up. Installer arrived and installed the tint on my new vehicle. I pulled my vehicle out of my garage so I could get a look at the job that was completed. That is when I noticed that the tint installer damaged the interior of my new vehicle, which had 45 miles on it. I immediately texted the number, who set up the appointment and advised her of my findings. I sent her photographs of the damage. She stated MILTON would call me and make sure the vehicle would be fixed. Milton called and said he would have his guy "Chris", who fixes interiors. Weeks go by and Chris sends me several text messages saying he is coming to my house to fix my vehicle. "Smoke Screen" to make me think MILTON actually cares about his clients. A month later and my new vehicle still has damage and CHRIS and MILTON are no where to be found. I have texted the initial person and advised her that no one has fixed my vehicle. Again, she said MILTON would make it right. "SMOKE SCREEN" again. I'm looking into potential Legal Action against the company for the damage. I have never written a bad review before but this needed to be done. Shame on you MILTON for not taking care of your customers!

He was professional, flexible with hours and reasonably priced. The day the appointment was scheduled for it was supposed to rain in the afternoon. They called my friend that morning to see if they can come earlier to avoid the rain. It worked out perfectly and the car was done before the rain even started. If I can change one thing, I would have liked to see the interior locks taped. Since you can't use the windows for a few days, it's easy to forget. Isn't it great to support locally owned businesses instead of the chains? Shady Days is mobile; if it's your home or office, they will come to you. Super easy! I found Tints Pros yesterday and was able to make an appt for this morning. Luis is the best. Professional, friendly, and accommodating. When I made the appt it was only for my car but we added my man's car at the last minute and he was able to do them both today.
