Well I went and first she didn't even get me to clean my hands or did she clean my hands after coming from work. Or I between filing or cutting my cuticles. She cut my cuticles while they were dry and hard. She buffed my nails with a hard buffer and left sediments all over my nails. I have NEVER had a no chip like this before. I felt like this place is very unsanitary or was it my tech. I observed the owners daughter sitting by the brow bar and she was so much cleaner than my tech Erma. Sorry. Clearly, this isn't a one off situation. During my repair, the technician (I believe Both 14..who is either the owner or manager) literally walked out mid-service to go smoke a cigarette no explanation, no hand-off, nothing. Just left me sitting there. After waiting, I had to ask if someone was going to finish my nail. Eventually, another tech stepped in just to paint it. The whole experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and honestly rude. I tipped 20% on my original service, and it clearly meant nothing in terms of quality or customer care. I understand now why this place has so many bad reviews. The service is subpar at best. There are plenty of nail shops in the area--save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

If you're a walk-in, do not expect to be seen within a 20 minute timeframe. I finally sat down to get my nails done and there were other people's nail clipping still on the table. It was pretty unsanitary. An older lady did my nails and she used GLOBS of acrylic. My nail beds aren't very big but used about 3-4 beads of acrylic per nail. My nails were so thick and uneven. Before she polished them I asked her to even them out with a nail file more and I had to ask her twice because they were still so uneven. Like she kept filing my nails on a slant rather than straight across. A younger employee came over to polish my nails, but even she pulled out the nail file first to attempt to even them out. I expressed how unhappy I was with the service and was told to come back at 9:30 am the next day. I go back to the salon and no one is working the front desk when they're supposed to be open. I had to then ask for a different nail tech because they tried to have the one who did a poor job the first time attempt to fix them. There were huge chunks of acrylic under my nail, on my skin, and on my cuticles, meaning the nails won't last long since the acrylic is on my skin. The tech who tried to fix my nail shapes but she cut my pinky finger with the nail file in the process. I will not be going back. I'm extremely disappointed bc I wanted to treat myself to a manicure for my birthday and my nails look thick, lumpy and the nails aren't a uniform leng
