Even though my carpet was only a year old it needed some serious TLC. Two rooms in the home had much older carpeting while all the other rooms were a year old. When the owner arrived he instantly made the kids and I comfortable. He assessed the work with me and got straight to work. I was so comfortable with him the kids and I went and ran errands while he worked. He did pick on me saying that my new carpet did not look bad at all. (More on that later.) When we returned home I was 100% satisfied. EVERY room looked fresh and new. Low to no odor. No items were damaged or broken. The carpets looked better then I had hoped even the old (and I mean OLD) ones. He followed up with me that evening to make certain I was satisfied. After telling him I was very pleased he let me know that he was wrong. Shelby failed to let us know any prep work that needed to be done before the cleaning. Shelby went ahead and continued with the service seeing the carpet full of dust and small particles knowing it was going to make it worse and simply NOT CARING ABOUT IT. Shelby was able to unpack, clean two carpets, and pack right back up within a 15 minute time frame. I went to take a quick shower and find Shelby already finished, packed up, and waiting for me to give her, her check. In that moment, I was confused how she was able to clean both carpets in such little time. Before I handed her her check, I specifically asked if she was able to remove the two midsized dirt stains on the upstairs rug. She replied she was able to take them out. I took her for her word and handed over the payment. When I walked upstairs to see the carpet, I see the old two midsize stains alongside the four new LARGE stains created.
