HydroWash Heros LLC did a fantastic job. From initial contact to job completion, HydroWash Heros…read morehad prioritized customer service. For this review, I would like to highlight three things that made me happy with choosing HydroWash Heros to power wash my home - 1) communication, 2) materials used, and 3) flexibility. COMMUNICATION- I used Yelp to assist me in researching and compare/contrast. Over the multitude of companies I reviewed, HydroWash had great reviews for service and price. Jason from HydroWash responded quickly and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and also had a few of his own to make sure he got the pricing right. His communication stayed consistent throughout the process with verifying appointment the day prior and always responding in a timely manner. MATERIALS USED - In speaking with Jason, he reassured me of the types of chemicals used and its dilution percentage. While researching power washing companies, I learned various companies can use many different t chemicals to include bleach to treat a house. The solution used by HydroWash is safe and doesn't effect paint or siding of homes. FLEXIBILITY: When setting up an appointment with HydroWash, Jason was upfront with his schedule and was able to fit me in immediately. I had figured I would agree to an appointment within 30 days. Jason was at my home within a week. I highly recommended HydroWash Heros LLC to anyone who is looking to get their patio, house, driveway and more cleaned. The outside looks as pristine as when we first moved in. Thank you so much to HydroWash Heros!

Having recently inherited a house in Vass, and currently living in NJ, looking for contractors to…read moreprepare the house for rent was a challenge. Not knowing how long it would take to clean out the house and pack up, I basically needed contractors to stand by on call for me and to willing to jump in when I was ready for the next step. Zach was one of these contractors. He was even nice enough to coordinate with one of the other contractors himself so that they could work out the timing of their jobs; all this, and I wasn't even present. I was able to speak with Zach by phone, told him what I needed, and sent him some pictures of the house. From these, he was able to give me a pretty accurate quote. He was asked to do his power washing at a moments notice so that the other contractor could follow. He was so good about it. Zach made it work, despite having to juggle his trucks around because he had one in the shop. I was so grateful for this. He sent me pictures galore of before and after his work. He did an outstanding job at a very good price. I have not even met him personally but I highly recommend Zach and I will definitely use his company again. Friendly, very responsible, and definitely trustworthy. Thank you!!!
