There's a pharmacy attached and it leads right to a very new and shiny waiting room! When I came in there was no wait at all! I'm talking like 5 minutes tops! Doesn't get any quicker then that! Dr. Leung was very informative, friendly and professional! He even helped me get the best option and was honest on how ridiculous pricing is for meds. He seemed like he really knew his stuff. The pharmacist, Brent was super friendly as well! Making conversation and all that good stuff. Five stars for sure for this place! They are even having a female physician come on board in March so keep that in mind as well! Definitely recommend this place!

Then one of the receptionists asked us if we were using our phones and we both answered no. We had our phones out but not in use - we were not even looking at our phones at all. He's abrupt and has the worst bedside manner that I've ever encountered in a doctor. I come from a family of medical practitioners who are specialists in the practice of oncology and Pediatric pulmonology plus a slew of nurses and I know how stressful their job is but this dude is so unprofessional and dismissive. My family doctor just retired and we are just waiting for the patient file transfer to another doctor. I'm thinking it may just be better to go into the emergency room at any hospital compared to this doctor and clinic. I will give 0 star, unfortunately it doesn't have that option. The staff more than makes up for this doctor's bad manners though I don't think OHIP should be charged anything for this dreadful consultation - if you could even call it that.

I called my family doctor the next day and he didn't have any space to fit me in for a shot until 2 days later, so I had to resort to walk-in clinics. I called the one I frequent, but they said they couldn't fit me in unless I go in at 2:30pm and wait, I could have, but I have places to be. Which is when I found Super Clinic on Google. I called Super Clinic and the receptionist said I could go in for the shot, she sounded a bit slow on the phone, not sure if I just spoke to fast for her (which I tend to do), or if she just didn't understand me. I went within the next hour and found that the clinic shares the same space as a pharmacy (on Pharmacy). There was no one waiting in the waiting area, which was nice for me. The receptionist was a bit slow. She wasn't particularly friendly, didn't smile. I held out my OHIP card waiting for her to take it, I kind of like offered it to her. She asked me if I had a preference of female doctor (which I didn't), but I could see it would be a concern for women in various cultures/religions that prevents their contact with men other than their husbands. A male doctor tended to me, asked me my issue, I told him I needed the shot. He came back with the vial and injected it into me. I was in and out of that place within 10 minutes. I think Super Clinic just became my new go-to walk-in.

This review marks my 2300th. It is fitting that it's about preparing to travel to the States, which…read moreI haven't done since early March 2020. I originally booked an appointment through Specialty Rx Pharmacy for a COVID-19 antigen test. When I arrived at the pharmacy, I was directed over to Ellesmere Healthcare Centre to check in. I got Joan at reception, who was the sweetest woman. I indicated that I had an appointment at 10:45 am. She found me and asked that I fill out a short form. The last question in a series of five was a trick. Most of the questions had me answer no. The last one asked, "Are you fully vaccinated?" I checked no accidentally. Oops! We got that straightened out. You do need to provide proof that you are you. A passport or driver's licence work. I provided the latter. Done! I had already provided my health card details online, so I didn't need to flash that. It was strange, but I'm guessing that my driver's licence proof reinforced my health card information. She confirmed that I was travelling to the States. You do need to have this antigen test within 72 hours before your departure. She had to think about my situation. I said that it was more like 52 hours. We both chuckled, as she implied that math was not her strong suit. She entered my information into the system. I had added my credit card information online, but her payment system was down. We settled payment at the pharmacy, which was smooth and seamless. When she was ready, we headed over to a medical room. She let me know that I could keep my mask on, but to lower it enough for her to swab both nostrils. She used a swab with a brush tip. She swabbed and it felt like a tickle, but without my bursting out in laughter. It was oddly enjoyable. Who knew?! She let me know that it would take ten minutes for my test result. She said that I could come back in ten minutes. I indicated that I'd wait in the waiting area, which was cool with her. Sure enough, ten minutes later, she had my printed report ready. She had also sent me a digital version of it. She asked that I look over all details to make sure that everything was good. It was. I wished her a great day. She wished me a safe trip. It was such a great experience. This clinic does take patients. It doesn't take walk-in patients, but you can book an appointment to see a doctor. The clinic is clean. The pharmacy and clinic are under one roof without any walls when you are inside. Both businesses have separate entrances. I'm guessing that it's a design trend these days. There is plenty of parking at this plaza. I wish that Chatime were open when I was there. I'll need to come back and check it out, along with the other stores. I'd return here for future antigen tests for travel. The report quality is perfect and it was $39. (429)

TERRIBLE! Worst doctor's office ever! I would give it zero stars if the software allowed me. Where…read moredo I begin? The office is very small and the family doctor is mixed with walk-in clinic. There is a tiny waiting room where I sat for exactly 3 hours on the clock to see the doctor. Not many people can fit in there. It was full so I say about 10 patients were there. They don't make caughing patients wear masks. I have been in many offices where they make people wear masks to prevent spread of the sickness. Not these people. I saw that there are at least 6 doctor's cards in there. Can't 6 or more doctors afford to buy some masks to promote health and prevent spread of the germs? Maybe they don't care. The doctor took so long to see each patient. I thought maybe just one or two were long but all of them took half an hour or more. I was looking to see when patients are called. In 3 hours on the clock (truly 3 hours), it was STILL not my turn. The two receptionists mostly detach themselves from people, not the helpful kind I guess. After 3 hours where 2 kids caughed non-stop and spread germs all over tiny waiting room (maybe 5 ft by 5 ft, that small), one of them finally went it and then an adult with a bad cough came in. I was not able to wait there another moment. So, I had to leave before I even saw the doctor. I thought to myself "I don't care, I will never set foot in this place". A couple of days later I got a bad cough. No surprise. A doctor's office that makes you sit and get sick instead of promotin health and preventing spread of the germs. How hard can that be? 6 doctors, let's say they can't afford a larger waiting room (I really don't think so, they are doctors), at least they should make people who caugh wear a mask. What kind of doctor wouldn't do that? Do yourself a favor and don't go there. You will be disappointed, wait for too long and get some more illnesses while you are waiting. AVOID!
