My best friend and I walked in and we had my kids with us. My kids have always come with me to get my nails done. Being a mom; it's hard to things without my kids being with me. I'm sure other moms know. Anyway, they turned us down and said they were booked full for the rest of the day. I called my fiancé because I pretty upset considering they only had 3 people getting their nails done. So I just assumed it was because I had my kids with me. My fiancé called them and asked if they could squeeze a mani, pedi in the next 15-20 minutes and they said yes. So that confirmed that they denied us service because my kids were with us. I hope no one else has to experience the embarrassment of being denied just because they have their kids with them. read more

i went to pro nails about 2 weeks ago to get my nails done for the end of my freshman year. not only did 1 fully fall off 1 week after but 3 fell off this week all half way off so there's still acrylic on my nails. Process was rough, didn't do the nude color i asked for under my french she chose what she thought was best. i'm not rough with my nails nor do anything to break or chip them an all have fell off without me feeling it or noticing. read more

First time ever going into this place and because I've never been here before or had an appointment I don't get treated right. I had nails that needed fixed, a couple that needed replaced. What does the guy do, he puts glue on all my nails that need fixed or needs replaced. Very disappointed with this place and service. I've been here a number of different times and have received: regular manicure, acrylic fill, and gel manicure. This place is not very clean and each time a different person has done my nails, I tell myself I'm never returning. But, I believe in the benefit of the doubt. Yet, this place has consistently disappointed me. Regular manicure chipped within two days (I was extremely careful). Gel manicure started peeling after a week (I wear nylon gloves the first week to avoid direct contact with water Outside of washing my hands). So tired of this place. Walk in at 2:30 pm asking for two pedicures and tech tells me they're booked for the rest of the day and they close at 7pm... and to come back tomorrow.... Really booked for hours, huh. Guess the big a$$ sign on your window saying walk-ins welcomed is false advertising. Not to mention the three open seats for a pedicure. I will not return or recommend. I'll drive all the way to Wichita before I come back to this $hit hole. Also called the owner who's phone number is listed on the window and of course no call back. Imagine that. I am very unhappy with the service here. I made an appointment for 12:00. I arrived and was not greeted. I took it upon myself to pick out and polish. I waited 10 minutes and was taken to the pedicure station. The water was scolding hot. They lowered the tempature and waited on other customers. I sat waiting until 12:40. No one came. I dried off my feet and left the salon. At no time did anyone interact with me. With the quality of their polishes ( they were old colors and used up) they need to pay attention to their customer service. read more
