I feel like every time I ask him questions or make a comment or move my hand a bit he gets frustrated. Overall the techs are nice besides that one tech who's name I forget. Today, The nails I wanted are the longer ones in the pictures but the nails I got are the shorter nails. I was trying to trust the process, but they did not turn out at all how I wanted them. I still paid full price & tipped because the time & products were used but I'm definitely hesitant to come back. The nail tech was very nice but the nails didn't turn out nice.

I came in and showed the nail tech a set i had in mind. she told me it was going to be very expensive. I decided to get a full set with regular nail polish which is listed as $35. when I told her I would rather do that i stead of gel her and another nail tech looked at each other and laughed making fun of me. my nail tech was so rude making a huge deal out of me not wanting gel. she charged me an extra $5 for length when they are short/medium and did not give me the discount posted all over thd building if I pay cash. she charged me $40 due to "length". this happened this previous Tues night about 6:00 pm. pm me for pics of my nails for reference. I walked away with 4 fingers bleeding and a 10% discount for my pain. I don't know how many times you have to jerk your hand away to get them to quit sawing on the same place that is bleeding. The shape of my nails was horrendous they all had to be re-done. I spent a total of 3 hours there today. My fingers hurt, several times I had tears in my eyes. 10% discount was not near enough for what I endured today.
