First time I went for a pedicure, full set, and eyebrows. Do not get your eyebrows done here they won't look good. Two weeks later I had 7 nails that were either lifting or about to come off. I went in for another full set and pedicure thinking the first time was a fluke. Now it hasn't even been two weeks since the second set has been done and I only have 5 nails left with another two lifting. Can't blame it on a particular person because I seen different people each time. I can only recommend this place for pedicures. Not going here again. read more

The manager can't do a simple ombré or draw a heart. If you tell him you don't like something he starts telling. Charged me $10 extra dollars for a set he didn't finish. Very unprofessional. I've only had good experience with the girl in the second chair, Nancy. read more

This place is the absolute worst! I literally had to stop in the middle of service after waiting a hour. They will start on you then get up and start on someone else. Literally had the acetone burning my fingers they left me so long. I would not recommend this for a dog. read more

This was the worst place I have ever been to get my nails done. The shop was cluttered and dirty. The service was horrible and slow. I waited 3hrs for a broken nail and polish change. I asked for black polish, when I got home in regular light my nails were blue. Would never recommend anyone stepping foot in this place read more

It's my favorite place in whole northwest area! The employees are very talented. They do a fine job with toes & hands. Very clean polish & nails are never too thick or uneven. I'm very picky person & have went everywhere until I came here. Maybe past employees weren't good but they have a good team now. read more

I wouldnt go back here to do anything. The owner needs to go read books for dummies. He's very irrational. The work here is so mediocre, but the prices are not. Their polish is old and outdated. When I witnessed how they mishandled a customer after she wasn't pleased with her services and she was really being fair about paying but not the full price as she was not pleased with the work, even the police said the job looked horrible , that made me not ever go back on top of my services. It's a no for me. read more

I had my full set done somewhere else. I had gel full set and I just wanted them taken off and have just my regular nails. So I go in and the lady doesn't soak my nails or anything she just starts cutting and prying my nails off with a plastic nail. Towards the end my nail procesure my last nail didn't want to come off the fake one and at the end my mail was so brittle and it was starting to bleed and mind you my fingers were never put in anything to soak. It has been almost a month and my nails are still thin weak brittle it was the worst I have ever had. I give them an F MINUS!!!!. For what she did I pretty much could have just did it myself by biting my nails off. I would have got the exact same result. People at my work even said my nails look horrible and that place needs to learn to do my stuff right read more

Horrible place of business whole staff are very rude. No social distancing in store while being serviced. The owners have the worst attitude. Walk in and employees acts as if you're a problem rolling their eyes and Horrible customer service read more

Trash ass place full set didn't even last. Pedicure was terrible I'll never go back. Should be closed tbh

If I can give this place zero stars I would. It is completely unprofessional and they can never do the look that you want them to do. They change prices all the time and it's not documented anywhere. This place used to be a nice place but over the last past five years it is a little rundown, dirty, and just not a place you would want to go to. There are several other places in South Holland or near the South Holland area that do great work please don't go here! read more

Rude staff! They roll their eyes as if they're annoyed when you walk in the establishment. Been here a few times and the service was bad every time! The eyebrow girl has a major attitude. And the place looks nasty and unsanitary. Even though the services were bad the first time, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just off that day but NOPE, the next two times they were worse! I even got an infection in my toe after being cut during a pedicure read more

Very poor service and mad attitudes. I went in to get a pedicure and it was THE WROST EXPERIENCE EVER. They wouldn't pull the chair closer so my feet wouldn't go all the way in the water. I asked 4 times and finally the owner said it doesn't go up because your short like me. So for 30 minutes I had to sit up on the edge of the chair so my feet would go in the water. They don't know how to do pedicure, I could have done this at home if I wanted to be uncomfortable and walking out with back pain.. AND NEVER LET THE YOUNG BOY DO YOUR FEET, he doesn't know what he is doing. read more

Love the M-Th specials and Nina is the only person ever to always have my eyebrows look amazing!

If I could have given no stars I would have. The man that did my fill spent the entire time trying to talk me out of the service I was requesting. Not only was my shaping wrong, but my nails were painted very sloppy. When a hair was stuck on one of my nails I asked for it to be removed, he got an attitude and began to yell at me. After removing the hair and re painting my nail I was told if anything else happens with my nails he would not fix them. The polish change on my toes was done by a young man that I can only guess had recently graduated because my paint job is very streaky. Being as I have a cosmetology license I knew the my polish would be thick and sloppy because the used too many strokes. I will NEVER return to this salon. I spent $40 just to remove my polish later that evening. Horrible nail and customer service. read more

This place is terrible. I came with my mom and we both got pedicures and no chip manicures. First, the pedicure lasted only 20 minutes if that. Second, I did not want them to use the drill to get my no chip off and I had 3 people lecture me why they do it. I've had it in the past and I weakens and breaks my nails. I go get my nails done to relax not get lectured. Never going back! read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON. Go to Jay Z nails on Indianapolis. I came in on Wednesday for an all white mani and pedi. Thursday the color on my nails completely changed, so I came back in the next day. After over an Hour wait the girl who did my nails was super rude. She completely ignored me when I asked her how long it would take to do my nails. Then the owner JOE got very rude because I asked him how much longer it would take. Saying that "I can't come in here and just cut in front of al these people". So I said I was just here yesterday, I shouldn't even be in this shop, and all it is, is a polish change. I asked was this business online, and He laughed and said "I don't care what you do. Do whatever you want." So I kept talking to him, He then yells "OMG and walked away." He then proceeds to talk to the other ladies about me while I was sitting there. Do NOT come here! If I wasn't leaving out of the state tomorrow I would've lost it in this shop. Their customer service is trash! Go to Jayz nails right around the corner. The wait is much shorter. Tell Tommie I sent you. In addition to this review, I called the BBB!!! read more

Came here to get a pedicure with my sister and she got her eyebrows waxed. They were very busy this day and we arrived an hour before they closed. However, there were at least 4-5 people ahead of us. Fortunately, they were kind and didn't turn us around. I thought they would rush while doing our pedicures because it was 8 p.m when they started but they took their time. Our pedicures lasted about 45 minutes. We enjoyed a sea salt scrub and paraffin wax. It was awesome. This has been my first pedicure in months. Shame me, my feet were in bad shape and now they're back to where they need to be thanks to them. I will definitely be returning. My sister eyebrows also looked nice. They weren't over arched or waxed. They were just right! Will be returning in a few weeks!! read more

This is the worst nail shop. Hour long waits, Rude owner, and mediocre nail styles. Joe the owner is beyond mean and yells. He doesn't like kids in the place and he lacks customer service skills. After waiting an hour for a pedi and nail set. I recieved my pedi only to have to wait another hour and never get my nails done. They only have 3 nail techs doing hands. The lady had to leave and I had to wait even longer. They allowed others before me and the owner argues he didn't. Save your Time and money. Its not worth it! read more

I went to pro nails on the 27th to celebrate a birthday and treat her to a fill in and pedi. I got thier no chip mani and a pedi. The service was okay but i didnt like that they did nothing for your calluses when most place file them at least. They also had different packages to choose from for pedicures. when ive been to salons before and you usually get everything for one fairly decent price. If you want more than your toe nails filed polised and a hot towel (no massage) it gets a little pricey. As for my no-chip was horrible it chipped the very next day. Not even 24 hours later, and this happened after the technician bragged about how her no chip is the best and it wont chip. She always told me to stop talking to my cousin which i dont see very often and we like to catch up when we are together. She said that i was talking to much and that i move to much when i talk. Im sorry but ask me to not move so much not to stop talking it was very rude. Overall the services are cheap but obviously because they arent very good if you want a $27 dollar no chip thats gonna chip the same day. Then this is your spot. But i will not be a returning customer. read more

One of my very good customers recommended this place to me. So I thought I would give it a try because her nails always look really nice and I was looking for a new nail shop. I walked in on a Saturday evening about 7:10 p.m. one of the nail techs was finishing up a customer one didn't have a customer and the other one was finishing up a pedicure. I didn't get a greeting or anything they just yelled to me we closed we closed. I went back out the door looked at the hours on the door came back in and said well your sign says you close at 8. The man said to me again we closed we closed you come back tomorrow or go down the street. So I asked him what nail shop down the street are you referring to? he rudely replied to me you Google it!!! I was too outdone by the way I was treated. I would recommend anyone spend their money at this nail shop after the way I was treated. Horrible Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! read more

Sent my daughter to get a manicure/pedicure,the sign in window under the prices says.10% discount with student ID.So my daughter goes to pay and no discount. They tell her we don't do that anymore, doesn't matter if it says that. read more

I used to come here all the time so it's been a few months. but when i went in yesterday the owner(at least I think he was he's been in charge of everyone on staff) was all over the place. He asks you what you want when you first come in and you tell him. He says grab a color and then you sit down. No wait time was given I was there for an acrylic full set and since he said go grab a color I assumed it would be a short wait, which was on me because you should never assume things. I waited for an hour before he took me and then when he took me back he did the sloppiest work he's ever done. The acrylic Is very bumpy took him 45 min just to apply tips and file. My nails are extremely sore from him shoving his nail into my skin. And on top of all that some nails are thicker than others width wise. It was a really bad experience. Let me remind you he's done my nails before and they were always so good so that's why I went back, worst decision ever. Never has this ever happened to me before. Honestly I would spend money somewhere else. You don't want your hard earned cash wasted on bad service. read more
