I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.

Some things aren't intuitive or clear for somebody who's never been there before. So if you're going for your first time, there are towels to the right of the entrance that you use and bottles of cleaner to wipe down the equipment.
