It's been almost a year since Greenbee transformed my front and back yards. What follows is a text…read moreI sent to them in early May: I was just out front smoking in the shade and talking on the phone, when I saw a weed sticking up. As I chatted and smoked, I wandered about gently pulling up and weeds that I found encroaching on any of the plants. By doing so, I became aware of how much is happening around the yard. The Jasmine has some delicate white flowers starting up. There are both red and purple flowers on the guys in the first picture. I watched a bumblebee going from bloom to bloom making those yes/no decisions as I do when at the grocery picking through potatoes or apples, and each time he alighted, and crawled deep into his chosen trumpet, I silently cheered him on and felt honored that my garden was good enough for him. The back yard has the same thing going on with the fig tree blooming yellow flowers with those those crazy red stamens (I think that's what they're called) in picture #2. There are big pink flowers on nearby bushes that pop open each morning, and shut down each evening. And I can't ignore the succulents: some are flowering and the plain ole ones are just plumping up and looking gorgeous. I want to say that what you've done here, has given me an unexpected happiness in having such a wonderful environment right outside my front and back doors. Thanks!!

While walking through our front and back yards he enthusiastically gave us his vision of what he could do for our property. We discussed and settled on a price and he stated that he'd get back to us soon. And on Thursday he called to say he could begin work the following day, Friday. 03/01/2019. And true to his word, he and his crew of 2 others arrived at 8:30 the following morning and began transforming our much neglected exterior into his vision for us. Between my wife's cancer recovery, my bad back, and our 2 grown sons busy work schedules, things were getting a bit unkempt and overgrown. And they spent the entire day taking care of most everything he promised to do. This initial project included everything from mowing both lawns, to pruning my wife's much loved rose bushes. Including also laying down new mulch. Palm trees were spruced up and all flower beds were cleared of weeds and bricks beautifully reset around them. Even the plants all repotted to the Mrs' liking. Leaves blown under bushes and crevices were all cleared away, and both lawns fertilized for those troublesome spots that have yellowed over time. And for this one time fee before the regular weekly yard work, a real bargain for what they do. Did I mention that Obed loves what he does and grew up in the Santa Clarita Area? He treats your property as if it were his own. And just after their work was completed, the rain started. Perfect timing. Oh, and they'll be back on Tuesday to complete anything they may have missed on Friday. Obed even takes care of your sprinkler system needs as well. We have a real good feeling about him and hope to retain his services for years to come. You won't get just a "mow and blow" job with Premier Landscaping!

Warning and just need to vent. About two months ago I asked for a recommendation in my community…read morefor a Gardner that would do more than just mow and blow the yard etc. I got a few leads and reached out to schedule one to get a quote. LOOOONG story short but we were quoted $85 for a monthly service every Friday but we couldn't start it up until we finished the landscaping in the back yard. When it was time to start they asked that I send a video of my yard front and back. Then between them and my husband the price went up to 110 a month which we agreed to and was 100% fine. Today they came by and did some trimming and I mean SOME like a few springs from each plant and literally pulled a few weeds, did not mow the front lawn or edge anything. All good though I know it takes time to get a yard in shape. Then all of the sudden tonight they asked us to zelle them $350 as a start up/clean up fee?! Of course we are like huh? That's a lot of to ask for when we agreed on 110 a month. Anyway, I called the wife back and she is threatening to take me to court saying karma is going to come around for me (they know where I live obviously) so I'm a little nervous. I've never encountered anyone like this. She was very unreasonable. I even offered to pay a fair amount or pay the monthly amount and just be done with each other but she refused and is demanding the $350 which was never mentioned to me or my husband at any point because we would have never agreed to that. edit to add: if my yard looked like $350 of work was done (or even half of that) I would happily pay it!! I love my yard and I know everyone's trying to make ends meat but I just feel sorta scammed. Videos of my yard before they ever came. I will Add pics of what they "did" today.

Buyer Beware! I am…read morewriting this letter regarding a service I received from Eldaricas Nursery. In April of 2021, I purchased 6, 12' Pine trees from Eldaricas Nursery in Acton, California to create a privacy wall on my property. From the first day of planting, the trees were given ample water 3 times a week to ensure their success. About 3 months after planting they showed slight signs of struggle in density and color. I immediately called for Ernesto Huerta (owner) to come and evaluate the trees condition. At that time he told me "The trees are fine and doing ok". Over the course and on several more occasions, I had the owner come out and evaluate the trees and their continued poor condition. Each time, he assured me the trees "were doing fine". Finally, on 4-24- 2022 I had Ernesto, (owner) remove one of the dying trees which revealed the reason for the trees slow demise. The roots system to the tree was so tight and root bound that no amount of water could ever penetrate the hard tight cement like root ball. I explained to the owner, he must have known he needed to soak and prep the the root system and add new nutrient rich soil to help ensure the success of the trees given the root condition of the roots. Instead, he dug a hole, put the tree in packed dirt around it and walked away hoping for the best. Surely he knows his business and trees enough to know the trees would start their slow demise resulting in dead trees after the warranty period was up. Again, I addressed the issue with Eldaricas Nursery several time within the warranty period only to be given "lip service" until the warranty period was up. Now, not only have I lost my initial investment, but I now have to pay for the removal of the trees. I made contact with the Eldaricas Nursery about the situation and if they were willing to compensate in some way. Answer, no. Warranty has expired. Again, buyer beware!! No regard for the trees, and no regard for his customer... Sad.
