I ran into him at Cloud 9 in Paducah and he said he worked here and we talked for 45 minutes.I told him to come give me a quote for the whole place. The next day I sat and told 2 other contractors i didn't need their bids because I felt for certain this guy knew what I needed. All I really got was Crickets!!! I finally went to best buy and bought some insignia speakers which are probably better than the POS he would of sold me anyway. He was kind of full of ego when we were talking but he sounded like he was legit from what he knew about theatres and quality sound. Im glad I didnt get scammed by what he was going to sell me but I am still upset that I was gullible enough I pushed off other contractors waiting and now have to make time up. Live and learn.

My LG Led TV stopped working a week…read moreago and didn't know what was wrong, I read online and found out there might be problem with capacitor. I took the TV for diagnostics. Mark was very helpful, within couple hours he was able to tell me what was wrong, it was actually one of capacitors. Today my TV is already fixed. He explained to me very well what went wrong and even taught me how to fix it next time I have a problem. The charge was very reasonable too. Overall excellent service! Happy customer.

What a horrible first experience I booked through this site with a company named JSPTECH in…read moreIllinois the contractor was in Palo Alto I was supposed to pay 130$ to have my TV mounted the contractor came without a mount or the LED lights and ask me did I have it when I told him no that the corporate off said he would have it he left saying he was coming back after two hours I finally decided to call the company since the chose not to call me back and inform me about what was going on they said that he was "irritated" with the situation and decided not to come complete the job. I threw away my old TV so now I have to figure out how to do it myself. I will never use this site or that company again.
