The man in charge of embroidery came out, I explained what I wanted, and he began to place tape on the gown where the name was going to go. He then said it would cost $20 per gown. I asked him to explain to me why it would cost so much so I could justify paying $100. Then he folded up my gowns and then said he would not do it if I thought it was too much. So, after trying to get it justified but getting nowhere (I would have paid the price if it was a standard reason like $2 a letter), I took the clothes and walked out. When I was sitting in my car finding another shop, the man came running up to my car, asked if he could have the tape back from the clothes. I said sure and grabbed the clothes.
