Due to my schedule and wanting to be there when the inspection took place, I called Ed to schedule an inspection. He normally doesn't do Saturday inspections but he was very friendly and helpful and did it for me anyway. Ed did an EXTREMELY thorough inspection of the home, inside and out. I have over 30 years in the construction industry and I am always leery of how much an inspector "actually" knows, but Ed exceeded my expectations with his wide sweeping knowledge of all the aspects of construction. Within an hour of the completion of the inspection, his in depth report of the inspection came across my email. I give my highest recommendation to Ed of Apex Home Inspection.

We doubt that this happened between the month the house was inspected and when we moved in (the house was unoccupied during this time), i.e. it is unlikely that the inspector even tried to turn it on! There was also significant roof leakage both inside the house and in the soffits, with obvious water stains in both areas. As we were out of town buyers, we relied on the inspector to catch such obvious problems. Mainly, we got an expensive home inspection with lots of photos attached and no relevant information from this company.

Walker Gaylean and everyone at A HMH did an outstanding job for me! I had wind damage to my roof,…read morebut apparently not enough for the insurance company to replace the entire roof. The shingles were no longer being manufactured so there were no matching shingles to be used for the repair. Walker worked with my insurance company through the numerous steps and many months until I was able to get a whole new roof for just the cost of my deductible. Within 10 days of the insurance agreement, I had my new roof! The employees were quick, efficient, and courteous. They moved everything away from the house (and I had a lot of stuff) and put it all back when done. The cleanup was outstanding. I have yet to find a roofing nail anywhere in the yard! The workmanship was top notch. They even re-sealed around the feet of my swap cooler and cleaned my gutters. I highly recommend A HMH!
