They set up the 'Angies List' connection. On the first visit, the tech stated that a part was needed to do the job. He comes on 2nd visit, states that the garbage disposal is larger and we needed to get a smaller 1/2 size. No mention of the part he needed to buy which was assessed on the 1st visit. Now we have to return the product to Lowe's. Time wasted here and unfortunate/inconvenient that on the 'first visit', all of these 'potentials' were not reviewed, noticed or assessed prior so that that there would not be the need for a 3rd visit/prolonging the installation. An uncomfortable feeling looms in the air. This is was the experience, my fair observation and review. First time contacting this contractor.
