I took it to Ann Arbor Toyota and after a few days of having my car they came back and told me that it was going to cost $2800 for rear calipers, rotors, and pads. Seriously??? I called DC Side Street and let them know I was really in a bind and needed to get my brakes fixed and asked them if they could possibly get my car in asap due to not being able to drive it. I told them about the situation and Chris told me be here at 8am the next morning. I was running late due to getting my car late and not being able to tow it. I drove it from Ann Arbor Toyota back roads to get it in. They literally had my car fixed that day by 4pm. They did this because they care about their customers and know that word of mouth is how they get new customers. Oh I didn't mention, they did my brakes do a fraction of the price, literally over half the price of what Ann Arbor Toyota quoted me. I will forever be a loyal customer to this place. Thanks again boys!

Shortly after they took my car, Corey kindly offered to drive me and my bestie, who drove down for the ride with me, to a nearby sit-down restaurant and promised to pick us up when we were done. And he did! The dealership is spotless, the inspection was thorough, and my car (first oil change and tire rotation were free) was ready to just hop in and go. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. So glad I made the switch and leased from this dealership -- A1, top-notch experience all around! I felt like an appreciated customer and for that I am thankful!! Thank you all!

Very disappointing and misleading experience…read more I contacted Victory Honda of Ann Arbor about a vehicle they had advertised online at a specific price. They ran my credit in connection with purchasing that vehicle, but then refused to honor the advertised price and wanted at least $5,000 more, telling me the online price was a "misprint." What bothered me most is that this wasn't simply a disagreement over the cost of a vehicle. Customers should be able to reasonably rely on a dealership's advertised pricing--especially before having their credit run. After I posted about my experience, the dealership responded by saying they were sorry I was "disappointed with the cost" and asked me to call them. That misses the point. I wasn't disappointed because I couldn't afford the vehicle or didn't like the price. My concern was the difference between the price they advertised and the price they were actually willing to sell it for. I'm also not sure why the responsibility is now on me to call them to resolve the situation when they already have my information and ran my credit for the vehicle. I would have appreciated the dealership simply standing behind its advertised price or proactively contacting me to make the situation right.

It seems silly and nonsensical, so I finally made the decision to get the rear passenger windows tinted. Overall we had a great experience. The appointment was easy enough to schedule, and they were very prompt once we arrived. The man at the front desk was very friendly and informative. He walked us through all the various grades and asked us what our goals were and matched them to our interior. At no point did we feel like we were getting upsold. We were walked through what matched our needs and no more. The experience was a great example of how a strong business can operate and everyone feels satisfied. We'll absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone, and we'll no doubt be back if the need arises. Extra shout out for the attention to detail.
