Have a vehicle ~8 months old. Paid to have my car detailed inside and out…read more The detailers damaged all four of my rims. I just had them done 2 weeks before. Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it.

It was being hung up on by the general manager of the Hendersonville,TN store. It was completely unprofessional and I have used that car wash since it opened and will never be back. He is the leader of that store and if that is how he gives customer service it is completely lacking. I will be going down the road from now on.
