Our vehicle broke down in the parking lot at Disney's Animal Kingdom, over an hour from our home in Merritt Island. We'd managed to get ourselves home the night before, but our vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot, and we were struggling to figure out how on earth we were going to get it back. Then we were connected with Brooke. From the moment I spoke with her, she immediately went into problem-solving mode. She started asking all the right questions, figuring out exactly where our vehicle was, and making arrangements to get it home. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine willingness to help were unlike anything I've experienced with a towing company. And here's where this story gets even better. Our keys were at HOME. In Merritt Island. While our vehicle was sitting all the way over at Animal Kingdom. You'd think that would complicate things, right? Not for CJ! This man hadn't even picked up his tow truck yet! He was on his way to work when he stopped by our house in his own personal vehicle to pick up our keys. THEN he went to get his tow truck and headed all the way to Animal Kingdom to retrieve our vehicle. Let that sink in for a second. He went out of his way before his workday had even begun to make sure we were taken care of. That is the kind of above-and-beyond service you simply don't encounter every day. And when it came to actually handling our vehicle, CJ was every bit as impressive. Knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and professional. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing, and our vehicle arrived home safe and sound. But here's what I really want people to understand: Anyone can own a tow truck. Not everyone can build a business around treating people like they matter. Brooke and CJ didn't just tow our broken-down vehicle. They took a stressful, complicated situation and made it feel effortless. Brooke was the compassionate problem-solver who made it all happen, and CJ was the outstanding professional who went above and beyond to see it through. Together, they turned what felt like a logistical nightmare into an experience that genuinely restored a little of my faith in humanity. They treated us like people, not just another job on the schedule. They showed kindness, integrity, professionalism, and a level of customer care that seems increasingly rare these days. I have no expectation of being assisted I do however expect to not be treated like i need to be monitored while emptying out my vehicle.

Saturday morning they said it would be $300 to get the car and $25/day for each day after that, however they aren't open on weekends. Went to get the car on Monday and the price went up to $653! They said you either pay $400 and hand over the title to them and they sell the car for scrap (so they are making a lot of money off of your car), or pay $653 to take the car off their lot. If you don't pay, they put a lien on your license. Beware of this company because they will hold your vehicle hostage and rip you off!!
