We recently had our home stuccoed by Quality Stucco & Stone, and from start to finish the…read moreexperience was fantastic. We actually chose them after seeing the incredible job they did on my brother's brand-new house, the quality and attention to detail really stood out, and we knew we wanted the same team for ours. Our project manager, Julian, was amazing to work with. He kept us updated every step of the way, did exactly what he said he would, and made sure the crew showed up when promised. The entire crew worked hard, did great-quality work, and cleaned up after themselves every single day. The finished product looks incredible. We decided to go with stucco because our cedar siding was becoming a real headache. What was supposed to be a 10-year paint job barely lasted three or four years, and we were also dealing with American Flickers drilling holes and nesting in the siding. We had the stucco applied right over the cedar, and it looks beautiful, we're confident it will last a lifetime and finally keep the birds out! They also handled painting the soffits and fascia, and even helped us connect with gutter pros to install new gutters. It made the whole project so easy, a true one-stop experience. Mireya in the office was also a joy to work with, super friendly, responsive, and even sent us addresses of homes in our color choice so we could see what the finished look might be. Everything turned out perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the result. If you're thinking about getting stucco done, don't hesitate, Quality Stucco & Stone is the real deal and they will do what they say!

10 stars! We had stucco installed over our existing siding (color: Virtual Taupe by Sherwin…read moreWilliams), with stone accents (European Ledge in Linen), and the transformation is breathtaking. Watching the process unfold was genuinely a treat--especially since stucco is done by hand. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. This is a local, small family-run business. Every person I interacted with was articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, professional--and most importantly, trustworthy. At no point did I feel pressured, taken advantage of, or uncertain about my decision to hire them. Their team was genuinely committed to delivering their best work, and it's clear that customer satisfaction truly matters to them. Julian, the project manager, leads the crews with exceptional communication, people skills, and problem-solving abilities. His attention to quality and proactive approach were reassuring throughout the project. I never had to wonder what was happening--he kept me fully informed and at ease the entire time. Every crew member--from the estimator to the scaffolders, stucco team, and painters--was punctual and highly professional. Even the loudest parts of the job were handled with care and precision; I was able to stay in the house during the whole process without stress. They also showed great respect for my yard, keeping everything neat and tidy. I appreciated that they asked for my input when it mattered, showing they truly cared about my vision. The office staff were equally impressive--always friendly and easy to reach. Karina helped guide me through color and stone selections, providing samples and walking me through the process so I could make informed choices. Both she and Julian were the faces of the company to me, and their professionalism and warmth played a major role in my decision to move forward with the project. I genuinely enjoyed working with this team and wish them continued success for years to come!

DO NOT use this company!! The technician Mike was an incredibly kind man. He gave an estimate on…read morethe fact we needed a new garage. Because he did no work, he kindly stated he was not charging me a fee to simply close my garage. I had offered to pay however he decline. I expressed my gratitude and told we would be calling him back after I spoke to my husband. Approximately an hour later I received a call from Shay who asked for my credit card information to start the purchase of the door. I informed him the same that we would be contacting them later if we were to be buying the door. He said no problem. About 2 hours later I was called by Shay. He also called and asked for my credit card information to complete the purchase. I'm confused and told him I've explained this to two other of his employees. His tone changed and demanded his service fee. I explained that his technician Mike did not charge me a fee as he just closed my door. He cut me off and in a threatening tone told me that the call was being recorded and accused me of lying about not paying. Needless to say I didn't appreciate his aggressive tactics nor his threatening tone. He made excuses saying Mike was new to the company and he spoke to my husband and he knew we were required to pay. I told him I would have my husband call him as soon as he got home but he kept arguing with me on the phone. I finally had to hang up. My husband did call him back and told him that he didn't appreciate the tone or business methods he had utilized with me. As I heard the entire conversation on the phone. Shay then proceeded to tell my husband a completely fabricated story about how I wasn't ready to pay by check (who pays by check anymore?). At this point I got in the speaker phone and expressed my anger that he was lying. He continues to cut me off and argue. My husband informed him that we were willing to pay the fee but would be doing business with another company. Would you believe Shay had the audacity to beg us to allow another technician to come out and give us an estimate to repair the door? He never apologized once for his bullying tactics to myself or to my husband. DO NOT use this company!! They have no integrity and make threats on the phone. Shay should also keep in mind that his threats to me were also recorded as he so kindly liked to tell me. It turns out we didn't need a new garage door and it was repaired for 60% less than what they wanted for a new door. Ridiculous!! I hope this helps someone think twice about using them.
