But overall it was a much better experience. The tasting at this small boutique winery was personalized: I sat at the bar and tried the "Premier Wine Tasting." Two choices were offered: dry or sweet; 5 small pours in total. I got the dry. The bartender was informative and, as I was the only one there at the time, I got his undivided attention. He even threw in two extra small tastes of wines not in the flight that I asked about, no extra charge. Though the wines were expensive, they were quite good and I did buy a couple bottles, wanting to return home with a collection from my travels and I liked the place. I also liked the fact that they allow customers to bring their own food. Many wineries prohibit that, even if all they have to offer is prepackaged charcuterie platters. And I liked their "Serenity Now!" tee shirt enough to buy one of those too, though I'm normally opposed to paying a business to advertise their own business. Views and the inside space were nothing special. But they do have concerts and a food truck most weekends. The stage and patio looked like a good place to enjoy some wine, snacks, and local music. I was glad to end my Georgia wine tour on a (relatively) high note.

We were the only ones there when we came. Probably more fun on weekend when they have a live band. We were looking forward to trying the charcuterie board but it was sold out. They said they sold out over the weekend, but it was Wednesday when we went so I guess they don't stock on stuff as often. We did a wine tasting for $30 and that included a wine glass to take home. We ended up buying a bottle. Overall, I would love to come back during the weekend for the live music and the charcuterie board.

It was easy to find with plenty of parking, and although it looked like they were preparing for an event later that evening, everything was still open and running smoothly. The property was clean and well-kept, with live music set up and playing outside, which added to the atmosphere. We ordered at a counter. I chose the sweet selection and my daughter chose the white wine flight. Each flight included four 2 oz pours and cost $60 total. We were informed there was also a food truck on-site. We tried the pimento cheese dip and hummus platter--both were enjoyable, though a bit pricey (I don't recall the exact amounts). The vineyard has a large covered patio as well as another seating area with sun shades. Most tables were occupied, and several guests had brought their dogs, which added a relaxed, welcoming feel. While I enjoyed the overall experience, I did find the wines and food a bit on the expensive side, especially given the bottle prices listed on the tasting menu (ranging roughly from $36 to $75). I didn't end up purchasing any bottles for that reason. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and a nice way to spend Father's Day. I'd consider coming back again--possibly in the fall, and bringing my dog next time.

Everything about this tour was amazing. But the shining star... our tour guide Jerome! He was an absolutely perfect guide and great guy! (We were very sad to say bye to him at the end of the day!) He was SUPER knowledgeable about wine and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand, and we learned so much from him! He took us to three great wineries, we got to spend about 2 hours at each I think is what it came out too. All the wines we had were fantastic and with his help, we were able to get so much out of the tasting experience. Since we were staying in Blue Ridge, we had the option to drive to one of the wineries to meet Jerome, and then he drove us to the wineries from there. He was a great & safe driver, the van was comfortable and he even had water and snacks for us! Also, they provided lunch for us at the first winery! They had a great choice of options (including vegetarian) and it was delicious!! (I personally got the brisket tacos and it was so good!) We would HIGHLY recommend contacting Pop The Cork if you're in town - and if you can, request Jerome - you will absolutely not regret it and will love him! THANK YOU again for making this day so amazing and special for us and our bride to be!

We came for the Sunday brunch buffet, which features a different theme each month and never disappoints. If you're there for brunch, you're also allowed to go back and forth between the tasting room and dining room during your allotted table time. Unique, delicious, and absolutely worth it if you love bubbles. Service was excellent and genuinely friendly. Honestly, this is a great spot any time of year. I'd go back for the sparkling tasting and charcuterie alone.

First visit and had a great experience! We stopped in towards the end of the day, so it wasn't crowded. They have a nice tasting room, as well as a covered/enclosed patio and outdoor seating areas. They had live music the day we were there, but he was just finishing up when we sat down to taste. WINES: Tyler, owner & winemaker, poured for us and provided excellent details on his wines, the winery, and North Georgia winemaking in general. We spoke with him for quite some time, enjoying our shared tastings, and even getting to sample a couple barrel tastings of some upcoming reds. Tyler uses fruit from Georgia, as well as California, Washington, Texas, and more. He offers a wide variety of whites, reds, and dessert wines, including a couple varietals not commonly known to the everyday wine drinker. There are also wine cocktails and mocktails, should you desire something a little different. As I always say when it comes to wines, what I like/dislike may be different than you, so I suggest that you give them a try for yourselves. The quality of Accent's wines was the best we experienced on this trip to the North Georgia Wine Country, and the ambiance and service were fantastic! I highly recommend you check them out.

Oh what a wonderful surprise and experience it was........So let's just say that I was very stunned to learn that there were so many wineries in the state of Georgia. This is how my journey unfolded on this beautiful day; I will start with Tom Ward the owner....Mr. Wine Connoisseur himselfJ Very knowledgeable and full of wisdom beyond his years. There wasn't a question that I asked or wanted to learn about wines that Tom wasn't able to provide me with an answer for. Tom was friendly, kind, attentive and very accommodating. Once we got on the tour bus, filled with snacks, water, wine and movies I was like a kid on her way to her very first field trip. We made a stop at one of his pickup locations to pick up two additional lovely ladies. We stopped and had a celebratory toast to begin our wine adventure; it was amazing. From there, we drove to the first winery "Wolf Mountain Vineyard". It was cozy, beautiful, with great ambiance. We had a quick bite (very delicious) and of course several rounds of wine tasting. Then we were off again to our 2nd winery "Serenity Cellars". This in itself was an amazing experience. The staff was remarkable; there was a wide selection of wines red and white. I am normally a sweet wine drinker, but this definitely gave me an opportunity to expand my palate and gave me a better appreciation for different wines. Of course, I could not forget the beautiful young lady that serenaded us with her lovely voice. Lastly, our 3rd winery "Kaya Vineyard & Winery". This winery was a little bit more upbeat, much younger crowd, not as quaint as the other wineries but nonetheless still good. There wines were ok but didn't knock me off my feet. Yes, I still drank it.....all of it lol. The view was amazing, one of the most beautiful rainbows I have ever seen. It was just my luck because then the second rainbow came out; first time ever seeing a double rainbow. So I said all this to say, no matter your level of expertise with wines this is the tour for you. There is something for everyone. I bought several bottles of wine and have been enjoying some and put the rest up for another time. I am a light weight so on the way home I slept like a baby while everyone else enjoyed a great documentary on wines. I am actually looking forward to doing this tour again. Maybe in the Spring or the Summer. One of my best tours ever!!!!! I applaud the level of excellence received at ATL Vineyard Express.

Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. Everything felt overpriced, uninspired, and poorly executed. The salmon crostini appetizer was very ordinary and lacked any memorable flavor. The vegetable pasta was dry, undercooked, and felt unfinished, as if the dish was missing something. The pork chop was also dry and simply prepared. For a $40 entrée, I expected much more in terms of both quality and presentation. The only dish that was fairly decent was the seared chicken, but even that didn't justify the price. To make matters worse, by 4:00 PM they had already run out of the salmon entrée, which was extremely disappointing and not something you would expect from a restaurant at this price point. For the amount you'll spend here, you can dine at many excellent restaurants in Atlanta and have a far better culinary experience. If you're planning to visit Montaluce, come for the breathtaking scenery and the wine. Just don't come expecting the food to match the setting. Honestly, I left feeling like the money wasn't well spent, and I genuinely regret spending that much on the meal.
