This is the most unprofessional team and group I have ever met. 1. They charge for a deep cleaning and go around taking pictures instead of cleaning. This team wants to bash our homes condition (Which is why I needed a maid - diuh). In 3 hours two maids did not complete a single task item. They said they cannot do it in the time alloted - and wanted more money after getting nearly $300 to not clean a SINGLE room. 2. Things not done - they didn't clean off counters, or even sweep the floor. We have a 1900 squre foot home and they only attempted to do the living room and kitchen. My non professional self can clean both of those spotless in 3 hours. 3. The guarantee on the site - it's bull. I responded in 24 hours and they responded by saying purchase more time. 4., In all correspondance they wanted to insult me and my wife. I have a vacation rental that need s to be cleaned in short turnaround. Was assured by Monique the owner that they would be prompt and reliable. So far in 2 months that they have been working the job' 2 renters have entered dirty, uncleared unit. I was unable to contact service to get clean unit and had to hire expensive service for after hour clean. They said the first time they could not open doo, although the enter could and it turns out the cleaner was turning knob the wrong way. The second time they just never showed. Ugh, where do I start? We hired them as our weekly vacation rental cleaner; they are REALLY expensive, but they guaranteed me that I was paying for reliably great work. I think my major mistake was thinking a large company would put as much attention and detail into it as an owner-operated company would. Because...think about it -- Most of their employees couldn't care less; they are there to collect their paycheck -- it's not like they are professional cleaners or anything. So, while they all seemed nice on a personal level (they really did), the bare minimum was getting done almost every time. I routinely inspected afterwards to find dust collected under tables or in corners, soap scum on shower doors, un-Windexed windows, etc. Additionally, do you have time to go re-train a new cleaner each week how you'd like the condo set up for new guests, where the towels are, etc? You will have to with Pristine Maids, so I hope you weren't planning on actually enjoying the day off you were expecting by paying for a cleaning. But the WORST thing was depending on the employees that you never even see... Every week, the new cleaner would arrive and realize she hadn't been sent with all of the sheets. So I would have to, with just a 3 hour window, drop what I was doing, race over to pick up the linens and wash them myself at my house and then go back to make the beds of the condo I was just managing, hoping to beat the incoming renter. It was a weekly nightmare. I even busted one maid drying a fitted sheet in lieu of it actually getting washed, because she hadn't been sent enough fitted sheets. Vacuums usually not used. Lights are not dusted...basically, anything they can get away with, they will. The icing on the cake, though, was after all these issues, week in and week out, they kept two sets of sheets at the end of it all, and never responded to emails about them. Because I had given them my CC info, they already charged me full price (plus linen charge), so I couldn't even hold the last payment until I got my sheets back. UGH! I'm mad all over again! I must have heard the line "human error" more times from them than any other vendor ever. But I've found a wonderful, owner-operated cleaning service since then and never looked back. I had to replace the owner's sheet sets out of pocket, as well as the "linen fee" they sprung on me after I had hired them, but it was worth it to be done with these scam artists. read more

I'm going through chemo for breast cancer, and Pristine Maids donated their time for four free housecleanings. They have been wonderful, an answer to prayer. They do a great job, show up on time, and are always super friendly. I got a Christmas card in the mail from them a few days ago, and today when they arrived, they gave me a breast cancer scarf for Christmas. They truly care, and are so sweet. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help around the house, and I can't thank them enough. read more

I had Pristine Maids come yesterday and I am a very picky person that is hard to please.... I am one of those that if I don't do it myself it will not be done properly... Well Let me tell you the name of this business is an understatement... These girls came in, were very professional and obviously love what they do, they had great attitudes and my home was cleaned better the I could have ever imagined... I have never encountered a more unprofessional and offensive company before. We own rental units in FL and did a search on the internet and found this company. I now wish I looked at the reviews below as it would have saved money and aggravation. I started receiving complaints from my condo renters and when I started getting them every week, I decided to bring them to the attention to the CEO, Monique. I was very polite in my email to her and listed the areas of concern and also attached photos that were sent to me from the renters. I was looking for some type of reassurance that this type of thing would be taken care of. However, she proceeded to basically call me a liar and said that she didn't believe me, despite the photo evidence. Monique was completely disrespectful, highly unprofessional and practices bad business. She didn't even apologize for the apparent uncleanliness. When we agreed to terminate them, they were to bring the remaining linens and towels to the units and even told me they would. When they received my emailed response, they then said that they would not drop off the linens, which is a basic policy that any reputable cleaning business has. In a nutshell, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! On their website, under the "About" page, they claim that they are BBB Accredited which is a lie. Their tag line says Pristine Maids is a higher standard of clean which is more like a lower standard. We hired Pristine Maid with the Spring Cleaning package. It was a total disaster. The baseboards and window sills were not even dusted much less cleaned. Behind the furniture wasn't even looked at. My son hired them so my house would be spotless when I returned from being away for 18 months. We paid a lot of money for very little service. I am extremely disappointed and would anyone against using this service. The windows weren't washed and it was just awful. So now I am cleaning it. read more

Was with this company for over three years. After having a lot of issues this past year we decided to change companies. They are understaffed and do not train their employees properly. Upon termination of our account, when returning my linens, there was several items missing. I have contacted them three times and they are ignoring me regarding these issues. I would no longer recommend this company UNLESS the owner was to move back to Florida and over see things again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I signed up with this service and confirmed that i would have the same person every week. I was told "Yes you will have the same person every week." I requested Thursday. They said no problem. Then the problems began. The very first time they were to show up, the maid called to say she had a Dr's appt on Thurs, could she come on Wed. The next week the same thing. The next week she brought someone new to train as my new maid. The next week she brought another person to train. The next week, again on a Wednesday, an entirely new person I'd never met called me in route to say she was lost and would be late! The cleaning was at best mediocre; the staff clueless and clearly new to the business world. I wouldn't trust them to walk my dog. If there was a zero star that is the rating I would give. We hired this company to clean our house because we were moving and didn't have the time to do it ourselves. They didn't explain what a deep clean is. Apparently it means we will vacuum and make it appear the house is clean by using a lot of bleach. The window sills were not dusted, the blinds were not cleaned, the fans were "wiped" off, they didn't cleAn the oven hood, didn't clean behind the refrigerator, didn't clean our fireplace, and broke my crisper shelf. Furthermore they say that they clean carpets but in actuality they outsource it to another vendor. Oh and they don't tell you that. They were not at the house at the time they said they would be. Finally we did not pass our housing inspection. So when called to get them to come out and talked to the manager he said they'd be at the house at 1pm. They were over an hour late. It's a damn shame to allow this batch to clean and be paid to do it. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Atrocious customer service. The owner/scheduling coordinator was so incredibly rude to me. I had purchased 2 cleanings on Groupon. They rescheduled the initial appointment then didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment because they were lost. Even though I don't understand why they didn't ask for directions in advance during one of our several phone calls or utilize an online map program, I suppose that is understandable. What is not is that they refused to reschedule and said to contact Groupon with my problem. She was so rude and unprofessional, I wouldn't let them in my house if it were free. read more

Very disappointed! I usually do not write reviews, but I felt this one deserved it. I purchased a 3 hr cleaning from Pristine Maids while moving out of my condo. I was not able to be present for the cleaning, but when my landlord and other roommate walked in for the inspection, it appeared as very little had been done. Floors were not vacuumed/swept, toilets were not clean, toothpaste still in the sink, hair in the bathroom, etc. The realty company had to hire another service to do the job. Upon contacting the manager of Pristine, I politely asked what had happened to cause this. She was very rude and said that the maid did not know what she was to do (even though the landlord handed her the move out checklist). The manager said that 3 hours was not enough to clean (even though it was merely a small 2 bedroom condo). She proceeded to get extremely upset and would offer no sort of apology or reconciliation. She finally hung up on me and said "You are 20 years old! Get over it!" Not that it is relevant, but I am 22. I am also an officer in the United States Navy. We have 17 year olds presently enlisting in our services to be sent into harm's way doing our nations bidding, and frankly I think even that is old enough to not be treated like this. They took advantage of two things: age/lack of experience and the fact that I just changed duty stations and therefore would likely be a one time customer. Many of my friends are in Pensacola, and I will be returning soon. If you are in the military and will only need a one time cleaning, DO NOT use this service. They not only do not care about you, but they will be rude should you attempt a resolution. read more

I worked for Pristine maids for one week, and it was the worst expereince because they do not train you, and they do not care about their employees. Also, you have to use your own gas to drive to houses, and they tell their employees that they only have a limited time to clean the house, and if they go over that time they will not get paid. So since we were already being screwed paying our gas to drive from crestview to FWB , we tried to clean as fast as possible so that we wouldnt go over our allotted time. We tried to do the best we could, but when your trying to rush in fear of not getting paid you will miss some things. Also, their cleaning morals are discusting. They gave each made 1 rag for each house. When deep cleaning a house, you need more then one rag! you should not have to use the same rag that you used in the bathroom and take it to the kitchen, or vice versa. And using this one rag in an entire house makes it impossible to not leave remains behind. Also, they had us bring the same equipment from house to house and didnt want us to bother cleaning it, because that would cost them more money. Even if the maids had enough time to make it look clean, I can gaureentee you it was not sanitary. Also, odds are you will not have the same maid because they can not keep employees because the boss Mo does not care about her employees, and does not pay them correctly. That is why they are always hiring, because people are always quitting. If maids hate their job and have to rush so they can get paid, they cant do a good job. read more
