This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. 1st off to get in-line to go through you have to make a u-turn. Who ever designed that entrance was not that intelligent. 2nd I paid for the purple wash $16.00 because it's the best one they offer. Paid, pulled in, the guy halfway sprayed soapy water on my front grille and nothing on my windshield. Why don't you do a soapy brush to get the bugs and everything else off???????? Went through and the air didn't even move any water off my car so it just looked like wet dirt all over my car. I went here because I got a free coupon for a car wash as they were advertising through Facebook. I went to their website to look at their prices. They have a special where if you buy 1 month you get a free month. I gave them my info like cell phone number and email address. It is for the purple wash which is $16 dollars. They have an unlimited package $25 basic wash $35 for middle one $40 for the purple wash I wish the hours were earlier as I tend to go to work at around 6:30am, but the good news is they open late at 8pm so you can get a car wash when you get home. I showed the employees my free coupon and they scanned it and let me into the wash. The wash reminded me of quick quack car wash as you go into the building and let the machine do the work. I wish the vacuums were longer however and they had the wide mouth piece on it as I could not get to the other side of the car with one of the hose and had to grab the other side. Now the question is would I pay the monthly fee, my answer would be maybe for a month if I am lazy to wash my car. read more

First, let me start off by stating that the gentleman that they have working there does not know anything about car wash. So if you're trying to buy a monthly or any type of car wash he doesn't know anything about it. He'll just state to you. That is just a car wash. We are aware of this when we pulled up. When I called about it they stated oh it's his second day. He doesn't know anything then train him. Secondly, I went through the car wash and came out, my vehicle was excessively wet and still dirty. there was absolutely no shine to my car. My tires were completely dry, so the tire shine does not work either. I went back to ask for a re-wash only to be told that they have been having problems for over a month with the wash and the tire and car shine off and on all day. I think you should tell your clients or customers that before you take their money. So I called the number that is listed on the receipt and spoke to a Jordan who seemed to make every excuse and state that he's not aware of anything not working. The gentleman that is up there at the entry is his second day or first day. Why would you leave someone there if it's just their first or second day by themselves? He did give me the name of the owner and advise his name was Arthur. I will be attempting to rectify my concerns with him this weekend. I had a super bad experience. I felt my vehicle was damaged here and I trusted that the manager would do me right as a paid member. "Do me right" is not to imply you provide me anything I am not due. On the contrary, "do me right" is to demonstrate patience with me as a customer and help me to see why my claims were denied. He did that for one of two vehicles. In the initial email, I was accused of trying to be fraudulent with my claim. My demise was when I allowed pictures taken of my vehicles. I felt these pictures were used to establish pre existing damage despite the claim that I made to other areas of my vehicle that I believed was damaged due to their equipment. The senior manager felt I was trying to scam him and he had his head to far stuck up his crack to read my request. He is entitled to his opinion, and I am entitled to mine. If you use this place and experience damage to your vehicle, go straight to your insurance company to file your claim. Let the claim adjuster deal with them. Do not let them take pictures of your car. I felt the pictures shared with me to reject my claim were pics I already stated was pre existing conditions. It appears these photos had the camera number and time stamp before I went through the wash. The photo of the area I questioned for my truck had no time stamp or camera number for the damaged area I reported. He was able to show me, to my satisfaction, with a time stamp picture and camera number the damage I thought was done to my car was already there. I simply asked for the same proof for my truck hood but received a nasty email and the same photos that were previously sent, which the hood pic had no time stamp or camera view like the others to prove that I had those scratches before entering the wash. That photo was taken when I made my claim. Coincidence or is that a method used to call you a liar? I don't know. I learned a valuable lesson. This will never happen again. Users Beware! They all have legit reasons, now let me begin with this, they don't pre soak the car, the brushes damage your vehicle, I went in with few scratches in know about on my truck, only to come out with tons of chipped paint and multiple scratches and a broken tail light. Seriously I couldn't believe how damaged my truck came out after the wash. Not only that my truck isn't even fully cleaned and I paid for the best wash they have to offer, smh. I want to get in contact with the owners, but I already know that will be impossible, after reading all the reviews. So from now on I will no longer use this car wash. Cancelled my almost 2 year membership today. We had tried to change the license plate on the membership by calling the number several times but no one answered. Today the employee keyed in our number and said it's not the license plate. I said yes we've been trying to get it changed. He proceeded to say "you know you can't have more than one car" . Accusingly. AFTER I told him we had been trying to change it. He was rude. My husband didn't like his accusing tone and as soon as we were parked to vacuum, he told me to go cancel. The guy was sitting inside and i cancelled with him. He said he wasn't rude. Of course he didn't think so. He wasn't the customer. He said they have to be careful because corporate is watching. My car was damaged when the car in front of me didn't move and I was pushed into the car. I filed an incident report, and since they have cameras, it would be reviewed and contacted. That didn't happen, and I returned to ve told area manager was fired and given GM email. 2 weeks later, still no response to myself or my insurance company and only kids onsite running car wash with no management. Some guy at this place falsely claimed they had a one time offer for three car washes the month I went there. Only to realize that they were charging me $35 monthly thereafter. This used to be my favorite car wash for driving through. I had no problem paying the $16.00. I am sad to say that after this I will not be taking any of my cars through there. Normally it does a much better job than this but for some reason the last 2 times have been like this If you go please stop and walk around your car. Not the worst car wash I have ever been to by far but also not the best. The price of the wash is definitely reasonable. One thing that could use some improvement would be having Dual vacuums like most of their competitors do and making sure all of the vacuum cleaners are actually hooked (There was one vacuum that had a hose but was not plugged in) Another issue I had is when I paid for my wash I received no receipt as the machine was empty of paper apparently. I know it seems like a little thing but if there had been an issue of the payment process, or if I had taken advantage of their 3 Day guarantee I most certainly would have needed the receipt to prove I had paid and seeing how it is I did not receive one it would have been a bit more inconvenient than I would have wanted it to be to even attempt to collect on that promise. And last but not least and less of a complaint and more of a wish list item if you will, it would be great if they had an option similar to Fuel City where You could get your car hand dried for an additional cost. I like this car wash. It's super conveniently located by all the places we go shopping/gas. Vacuums are free and they have chamois towels you can borrow and put in a bin when you're done. I've only been able to use those during the weekday, as I'm sure on weekends those go fast. I've only had one issue where I purchased a purple (top selection) and the conveyor totally missed me. I went back through the line and of course they could tell it missed me and ran me through again. Some of the vacuum hoses are coming apart. So pick your spot carefully. But other than that I love this car wash. If you buy the purple, you can go back within 3 days for a blue wash. read more

I don't know what all the fuss is about in the reviews. They scared me off until it was my only choice in town. It was perfect! $8 for the basic. The complementary vacuums on either side of the car have fantastic suction. I brought my own towels in case there weren't any more, but there were plenty. Plenty of much very expensive cars there as well, so clearly they're not worried about getting dings or damage. I will be coming here from now on. read more

This is the car wash I frequent the most. When it was brand new, it was great!! After several months, sometimes the back of my van was missed. Sometimes the car wash was good. I won't rate the car wash with a bad rating for many reasons. First, if an automatic car wash doesn't do a good job, you need to find a different car wash called, wash it your dang self! When I go through a car wash, I know there will be spots which are missed. The spots missed could be something mechanical, or it could be someone not following the rules. If you are worried about scratches or damage, I don't know why you would go to an automatic car wash. There is always that potential. I went through the car wash again this past weekend and it did an amazing job. I did not see any missed spots. It helped that they had a brush to prewash the car. The vacuums are always very reliable and strong and you better watch out for any loose valuables if the vacuum comes near it. Ask me how I know. D'oh! If the wash stays consistent, I plan on returning but during the summer I usually just wash my car myself. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. My driver side mirror fell off while it was in the wash and they are refusing to pay for the damage that their business did to my car. When I talked to Anthony, the assistant manager, he could not effectively explain how and why the service is not liable for the damage. They claim that there was pre-existing damage on the car but failed to provide sufficient evidence on it. Very disappointed the staff who is supposed to spray your car with water barely even spray your car. The guy who was supposed to tell me how to move my car as I got into the car wash did nothing and just looked away. Thankfully I know what to do and how to get into the car wash but he didn't even bother to show me when to put my car in neutral just lazily waved his arms not signaling anything and rolling his eyes in the process! This is the worst car wash. I was so close to the vehicle on front of me I now know why my truck didn't get cleaned. The back window was still dirty as well as the tailgate. I would put 0 if possible. I have gone to this car wash since it opened. Not because it was fabulous, but because it was close. My truck was never really clean. Always had bugs left in grill and front and mirrors. But I liked the vacuums and convenience. NOW, I took my Brand New truck through and it got scratched. Perfect noticeable scratches on his from the rollers. We have gone 3 times now to discuss. OWNER refuses to meet us, we've met 2 managers, who have no power. The owner has accused us of lying. He tried to say our truck was used, or that we drive through bushes, etc. He has not even looked at it in person. He won't return our calls and refuses to stand by his business. Sad. It would probably be a very easy buff. But his refusal and attitude is plain bad business. It's the Principle. So. Beware!
