I do come to Finland every year to visit my family and I do appreciate the Finnish culture, education and tolerance. I can't recall a bad experience although last Monday morning on April 12 I went shopping at Prisma and I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. A shop assistant at the Information desk who then moved to the upstairs cashiers was lacking the professionalism , the kindness and the patience any customer deserves. She was rude and abrupt on both situations making me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately she didn't wear a shop badge but she did wear a short poney tale on the top of her head. read more
