My daughter went to get her hair and eyebrows done at Priscilla. They did a wonderful job. They subjected to get her eyebrows done a day or two before because they can be red after. That was good subjection because she was going to get her makeup done. My daughter took pic of what she wanted her hair to look like and Priscilla staff made it look the same. We were very satisfied . They even had the hair accessories. It's a very clean and nice place. I recommend and plan to go there again. They do makeup too. I called Friday morning for a last minute appointment for either that evening or the next morning. I was able to be seen by conch its first thing in the morning on Saturday. My mom always comes here and I had only come to get a hairdo for my daughter from Vicky before which she totally loved! I am soooo happy with the way my highlights came out I basically told her what I wanted but I wasn't super confident. I asked for her opinion and glad I did. I had never had my highlights pop so good before. She also trimmed my hair and my curls are so vibrant and alive! I usually go to Los Gatos but never going back to them. This is literally the only and WORST experience I have ever had at a hair salon in my life. I only went here because it's near my home in the Foothills. My hair was looks horrible, after 6 hours I was told it was my fault the result wasn't good because I had a "poor attitude" because I kept complaining about my hair being pulled and that I didn't want bleach damage. Keep in mind this was 6 and a half hours LATER. Who says that to a customer?! Apparently my attitude would've made my hair come out lest orange and purple. I will be presenting a legal complaint, I have never left an establishment in tears and feeling harassed until now. Peor decisión de mi vida. I called this morning right at 10am and made an appointment with Celia. She used to cut my hair a few years back but I stopped coming here when I decided to cut my hair short. I ended up letting my hair grow out for 2 years and came back to Priscilla's. I was a bit nervous to come in since the last time I cut my hair somewhere else they had completely ruined it. But I called and decided to be brave and made an appointment with Celia. I showed Celia a picture of what I wanted that I got off of Pinterest. My hair was very long and thin prior to the cut and very uneven. I explained to Celia that the last time I cut my hair 2 years ago somewhere else they had messed it up and it kinda scarred me. She said she could fix it so it could look fuller and even. I crossed my fingers. Few minutes later she was done and my hair looked great. It felt thicker and looked way healthier and so bouncy. I almost cried because I was so happy with the results. She did exactly what I wanted. I don't know why I ever stopped coming here. Everyone is so nice and they really listen to what you want. If you have a picture of the cut you want, even better. Ask for Celia she's a hair genius I swear. I'll be coming here from now on. I won't say what place ruined my hair last. Used to be a different management. Old place have friendly and accommodating employees . Treating every each customer equally, regardless of color and race. I Only had a Hair Cut and it went well, I think it was 28 or something but I Didnt speak enough Spanish and she gave me a style and charged me extra for it on top of the cut so hence the 28.
