I also used them for my own photography business, and they ALWAYS came through for me. As you probably know, the measure of a company isn't when everything is right, fast and perfect. But when there is a wrench thrown into the process. Greko came out on top when that happened too. If something was wrong, it was fixed IMMEDIATELY and without any kind of .. well.. attitude for lack of a better word. They were always apologetic, and always right on top of getting it right. And if I screwed something up - they worked with me then too, with patience and understanding. I recommend Greko to each and every one of you. They aren't the least expensive place, but they DO have the best service and best product around.

I physically visited their office with copies of my company's business cards and letterhead and asked for them to reproduce the materials exactly in a fairly large quantity (for a small business of approximately 10 employees). The company faxed various "proofs" to me and I approved them. But since they were faxed, obviously, they didn't show color. When the order was completed, they shipped the order to me. But when the order arrived, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong. I immediately called and told them so. However, the company refused to fix their error. First they said I didn't give them a color code. I explained not only did they never ask for one, I didn't know what a color code was. I told them I personally delivered copies of our existing letterhead and business cards to them and instructed them to match the colors and design exactly and that they said they could do that. At that point they said they never received any of the materials. I asked to speak to my Customer Service rep, whom I met with when placing the order. His name was "Dean." Dean continued the lie that they never received a copy of our business cards or letterhead to compare colors. At this point I am fuming. I tell Dean that I met with him personally and that he took my materials from me himself. He continues telling me he never received them. I ask if they never received them, how were they able to duplicate the design layout for me to proof? He simply restated, "We never received copies of your business cards or letterhead." This went round and round. With me telling Dean that I sat at a table with him, gave him the materials personally, and wondered how they could matched the design layout perfectly if they never received the items I gave him. And Dean just kept replying, "We never received copies." Finally, I asked to talk to the owner "Barry". They refused to let me speak to him. But they said they discussed the matter with Barry who refused to rerun the order. They said, Barry would let us keep the incorrect order at half price or they would come and pick up the incorrect order they sent and not charge us for it. However, they refused to correct their mistake and redo the order correctly. I told them to pick up their order and that we'd be finding a new printing service. Stay far away from this company. There are much better, and more reputable, print shops out there than these people.

While this company provided a nice pull-up sign for internal display, they are now holding my…read moreExterior Facade sign 'hostage' until I pay then in full (without it being installed)...even though I haven't seen the finished work of their repair to what I wanted a year ago. To hold a small business "hostage' during these times of CV19 is completely ridiculous... I'm happy to pay for the finished facade sign I've ordered...and they kept their 'finished' work without final approval. So much for future recommendations..

Then, when I mentioned I needed some indoor signage for my mailbox and office door, he used the design I had already sent to create some sharp-looking but inexpensive interior signs that he came and installed. Not only was Aaron EXTREMELY effective at communicating, but he also got the job that I needed done in one day. I know that my company likely has high volume and its worth it to C & A to have good customer service, but I know they still have unpaid invoices (i'm working on getting the checks written - and please don't be like this to this awesome company if you can help it!) Regardless, the clients are put first as it should be, and they made sure to get the work done for me. I am mostly complementing Aaron because he is who I was in contact with when I recently made a large mistake at work- He understood, knew what I needed, and got the job done. I also want to compliment whoever was working Tuesday Morning at the office that made an effort to wheel the boxes outside for me when I was more than willing and ready to truck them out to the car myself.
