Stanley's Service is Superb!…read more Here's why: My friend created these awesome journals that he wanted printed. He had been quoted $40 per book. He was frustrated, stressed and annoyed. He wanted the books printed quickly because he planned to use them for a course he organized that would start in less than a week. He needed help and because I make an amazing assistant and love to help people I offered to search for a company that would fulfill his dream. I immediately jumped on yelp and requested a quote from a dozen local print companies. When it comes to print jobs I like to work with locals so I can see and hold the work, plus I don't have to deal with shipping. Windward Graphics was the second one to respond to me. He gave me an estimate and said I could come in the next day by 5pm. Well I didn't get off of work till guess what time... yup 5pm. I yelp messaged him and asked if there was anyway to meet during the weekend. Mind you their office is closed on the weekends, but he said "I will be in for about an hour doing some maintenance work. Can you meet me during that time?" Absolutely! I arrive. He greets me at the door and apologizes for his messy look. He showed and explained to me the work that he can do. I showed him what we wanted. He quoted me $26. I said, "we want this entire thing in color though". He said "yes, I know. I can do that" Me: "AND the artwork on the front and back?!" Stanley: "yes and wire bound like you asked" Hallelujah! We found our guy. I was so excited. I immediately texted my friend the news. A couple days later my friend met with Stanley and viola! The journals are complete. They turned out exactly how we wished for a whole lot cheaper than the other 6 companies that quoted me. High quality low cost, plus stellar customer service, Score!! The accounts I bring them to are always telling me how much they like our pens (which we ordered through Tag Media). In fact, I'll often see our personalized pens sitting on desks when I make marketing stops. They help us keep our logo out in front of our referral accounts and clients. They have also helped us find other special, hard to find promotional items. All we had to do was send them a picture of what we were looking for. They are also quick to respond and get our order correct!

Watch out and make sure that they send you everything. The major problem started when they owed me 8 hoodies with company logo. They demanded me pay them up front prior to shipping, which I said naturally said NO, keep it the way it has always been. Then they turn me over to a collection agent who then promises the goods will be delivered and guess what? August 29th, turned into a typo and was meant for September 29th. You guessed it September 29th came and went and nothing, not even a tracking number. SO after a couple weeks they decide they want to ship COD, which again is a new policy and of course this was shipped to wrong address and magically lost, i.e. they never did the work and never shipped the goods anyway. Not a bad firm while you keep them busy but if you are going to make get away and move your business elsewhere either count your goods as lost or do it fast so they cannot hold materials and goods hostage. Also every once in a while I would get a blue logo on a blue shirt, which never stood out but I can chalk that one up to the $10 / hour worker bee...Beware get your goods first before you pay
