They are open during Christmas for photos with Santa, you can have your children or the whole family take their picture with Santa and it's a lot more pleasant than the long line and super rushed mall photo. There's much more to it, as well. For instance, they have window displays and a darling set up with Santa's workshop that you can peek inside of, with places for little kids to enjoy while you wait a very short time to get your photos. Also, a nice touch is they email you your photos, very friendly people. This is a family-run operation, very sweet family and there are several really fun details that our 8 year old took notice of, they have a huge book of names, and Santa checks you off and adds notes, very realistic, I loved it. I found out that I am apparently on the "naughty" list :-) which my son got a huge kick out of! I highly recommend taking your family to see Santa there. The shop is next door to Jo Ann and Fresh Choice. If you can't make it for Christmas, I am excited to do the cool Halloween photos they do, complete with spectres and ghostly pets!

Great little family shop--they even allowed us to pay them by paypal when we got home, since they only took cash. For $20, we got two 5x7 prints on the spot, and they emailed us a copy of the picture. We'll be back at Halloween.

I came here because I have a photo of my father that had water damage on the bottom of it. Twice,…read moreI'd had friends try to "restore" the photo & then took it to a quicky, 1-hour photo print/restoration place and each time I was left totally disappointed with the results. All I wanted was the water damage fixed- no photoshopping my dad's face- he doesn't need a nose job- nothing complicated. Nobody seemed to be 'getting it.' Then I came to Image Pros. I was quoted $35 on the phone and told it'd take 3-5 days for them to complete. Guess how pleasantly surprised I was when they called me the very next day saying my photo was ready and it was several dollars cheaper than originally quoted?? Guess how even more thrilled I was when the photo I was given was beautifully restored and not overly edited to hell. The ladies I encountered at Image Pros were each friendly & professional and it really meant a lot to me that they did such a wonderful job with such a sentimental photo. I'd recommend Image Pros in a heartbeat!

Saw an ad in the Orangevale View for Image Pros and called and spoke with Tina. She was very helpful in discussing the services they offer, and the fact they did all work on premises and are located just up the street made my decision to try them very easy. I took about 30 in to have prints made and see what the results would be. I was amazed and delighted with the results and will be having all the slides put on to a disk once I have them in order. Thank You to Tina and Bonnie for being so professional, friendly, fairly priced, and helping me with what was a daunting project!

Bottom line: If you have media converted and put on a flash drive ... check that the file is there…read morebefore leaving the store. I didn't and needed an extra round trip. I have a mixed review. I had two VHS tapes converted to mp4. Pro: The conversion worked well. The VHS tapes were handled well and survived. The files are good quality. The price was reasonable. I am glad to have a physical store to go to. The time needed was about what they estimated. Con: After I left the store with the second flash drive and got home i found the drive was empty, no file. I called then the next morning and described the issue. The guy said "bummer". He asked if i had checked the drive before leaving the store. I replied no, although the answer seemed obvious to me. I guess he was indicating that this was my fault somehow. I could have asked him the same thing, ''did you check that the transfer service to the drive was completed before you told me it was and sent me home?", but i didn't. He checked that they still had the file on their system and could give it to me if i came back in. This went smoothly and i asked whether i could have a discount for the inconvenience of the second trip (20 minutes each way). He related that since I had provided them with my own flash drive, and that was likely the issue that led to the empty drive, he wouldn't offer a discount. He offered me two reasons why this was my fault, but didn't offer any apology for the inconveience or indication that he felt he had any role in what happened. Honestly, if i had heard him use the word, 'sorry' a single time this would have been a very different review. To be clear, I DID ask to not buy their drive (another expense) but rather asked if they would use a new drive i had that was still in the wrapper. They agreed to that and it may have been the reason for the empty drive. But I would recommend that they add a check to their process that the file is transferred properly before giving it to customers.
