I still have no idea what went wrong! I was getting some business cards made and I had a small…read morehiccup with my finances and I wasn't able to pick up the business cards straight away and I knew that they were ready but they were only 250 cards it was a small box sitting on a shelf and I went in and asked if I could pay to get a JPG file from them to take over to my vinyl graphics installer. Something went horribly wrong the owner became hostile irate and completely unhinged! After I was yelled at and accused of trying to rip them off of the print job for the business cards which I had already put down a deposit for so there was only a small balance left. I'm not sure what was going on or what went wrong I got down the road and called back and asked to talk to my designer to see what was going on and apparently the owner was having some type of mental, personal issue. But I was further reprimanded for taking too long to pick up the business cards and again I don't understand what the big deal was we're talking about a small box about half the size of a carton of cigarettes and I had already put down a deposit to secure the design. I was planning on picking him up in a few more days after I got the vinyl graphics installer lined out with his work. So I abandoned the business cards and refused to pay the final balance and told them they could keep them and I would not do business with them anymore.

We first started working with Austin at Printing City because we needed help with some laser…read moreengraving. Since then, he's become the person we call whenever we have an engraving project or need custom pens. One thing I've really come to appreciate is how much Austin cares about getting the job done on time. There have been times when we've had a deadline coming up and I honestly wasn't sure if we would make it, but he worked hard to get everything finished for us. That kind of reliability is hard to find. The pricing has always been good, but for me, the bigger reason we keep coming back is that he's local and dependable. I like being able to work with someone nearby, explain what we need, and know that he's going to do everything he can to make it happen. After working with Austin on multiple projects, Printing City has simply become our go-to. It's always nice to find a local business you can build a relationship with and trust when you need something done.
