Plus the letter smelled heavily of smoke. So trashy. I guarantee these 5 stars reviews are fake. Also had someone enter our home without warning like just unlocked the door and walked right in the check the water heater. Had to call them to get a heartless apology. My first bad experience with a Rental company. I've been renting at different places for 9 years and have never had a more disappointing and greedy experience. When we moved into the house it was dirty and when letting them know this and that there had to be fleas got one email and no follow up. Its so hard to get any maintenance done because the workers are so unprofessional. We agreed on a time and the maintenance worker would not come at the pervious agreed time. Had to pay to fix fleas put of pocket. So much broken when moving in 6 months in and still finding things. Always waiting for owner with no communication to tenant. I rent a address on staring and my name is Mieks. I have proof of the emails and unfollow up if necessary.

She proved to be what I'd read about -- a productive and professional realtor in every regard! I appreciate her recommendations for local contacts (all were great) and her agency is top-notch. I've done many real estate deals over 35+ years and have not found a better realtor!
