If you as a faculty member attempt to provide any extra support, resources, or tutoring, you are threatened with termination. There is a greater concern over cheating on exams than there is for student success. The "Nursing Skills Lab" is nothing more than a collection of previously discarded hospital and long-term facility beds that somehow ended up in a room along with assorted broken-down cabinets full of dirty old parts of previously trashed training equipment and previously used training catheters and dressing kits. Overall, I wouldn't let anyone that I know or even don't like ever consider attending this "school". Do NOT waste your time or money by getting involved in this scam institution. And if you are called by anyone from this "school", ask them how this institution is connected to DoPeace.org (https://dopeace.org/) It will stun you the answer that you do NOT get. At PITC, students are often treated unfairly and disrespected. I was suspended without being given a clear reason, and other students knew about it before I was even officially told. That was unprofessional and hurtful. The testing system is very unfair. In one class, only one student passed the test, even though many of us studied hard and followed what was taught. The teacher even had to stop the test because what was on it wasn't what we were taught in class. Later, another class got a different test, which made students even more frustrated and confused about how the school handles exams and grading. It often feels like PITC cares more about money than education. Communication is poor, and students don't get the support or fairness they deserve. We parked our vehicle here to enter the Wissahickon Valley Trail. The parking is safe…read more Today, we did a simple 3 mile hike. We encountered quite a few joggers, a few trail runners, and a horsebacker. We walked down the Forbidden Drive, crossed over W Bell's Mill Rd and passed the Covered Bridge on our left. We then found a reader-board indicating that on the left side across the creek about 100 ft up the hill stands a 15 foot marble Indian Statute. We could see the statue up in the distance. So, we continued on Forbidden and then hiked up a switchback/path on Rex Avenue up to the statute. Very cool! We then continued on the trail back to our base. We now have found another trail head/parking area for the fantastic Wissahickon Valley Trail. Can't wait to explore more.

The outside of the school is definitely worthy for instagramble pictures or snapchat. The school is small and has nice friendly staff. The school is meant for graduate students that offer programs such as optometry, physician assistant, occupational therapy, audiology, speech-language pathology, public health and biomedicine. The school is old but has made some major renovations along the years. I've talked to students and asked how they felt about the school and they said its an alright school. Some of the professors are nice and helpful but their can be some improvements to the school system. I would say this is an okay environment for graduate students.
