The docs could just as well be holographic or stuck in the metaverse (for that matter, so could you.) "At the tone, please download your balz into the 3-D printer." You never forget for a moment that you're "on the clock." The good news is that procedures and testing that were once outsourced are now conducted in-house with most results available next day. Don't fool yourself - this is a BUSINESS and they are in it for the money, same as any other. Sadly, the medical system in America is doing a poor job of helping individuals at the root of their problems, but in even trying to get an exemption for an out-of-network doctor this office was unwilling to do so without an in-person visit. Guess what - I'm WILLING to pay the extra $20 a visit to my out-of-network naturopathic doctor so I don't HAVE to come in for yet another fake diagnosis. I've learned how to take care of myself (and shame on you, reader, if you don't) and lowered my own blood pressure without meds, stopped eating like 'an American', and I MOVE instead of sitting on my butt all day...I suggest you do the same and stop relying on doctors who want your business - and only your business - not your good health.

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome but can happily say I've felt better in the past six years than I ever have. The doctors and staff really strive to give the best care possible to each of her patients. Being a self-described "problem" patient with migraines that don't stop, this matters. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I never feel rushed, and they have always asks if I have any other questions. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. If ever I needed to contact either doctor or their staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. The office is inviting and all the staff members I have encountered are friendly and helpful in every way. Truly, this is one of the few practices that I have felt comfortable recommending because the quality of care has always been something I can count on. Princeton house therapist lacked empathy, remorse and compassion. The manager of the whole program was also a narcissist who verbally and psychologically abused me, and gaslit me. She was very young and it was quite obvious that she had not yet done her own work. To punish me further, she has permanently banned me from Princeton house. He is very professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. The medical staff is always professional, courteous and responsive. All of my appointments made have always been on time or within 5 minutes of the time appointment was for. Dr Platzman has been and will always be my primary physician even though I live in Florida now. When we return to visit our family and grandkids in NJ I still maintain my well being checkups as well as not feeling well visits. The Doctor is a 5 star recommendation for me!
