Rehabilitation,I have learned should not be a word in the title....more like adult babysitting…read morewith very little rehabilitation...I do feel that the short period during the time my husband spent at this rehabilitation center could have been been shorter but the staff was slim to none and no one was very caring ....just a job.......Irena and Kiran, need customer service skills as they barely spoke to you .... heads always buried in to computer. ...I learned to just walk by the desk,if no one was around ,as most of the time there WAS no one down the long hospital like hallways....The right hand and left hand do not coordinate and You are extremely lucky if anyone picks up a phone there at all...You have to constantly be the advocate for your loved one as well....After 3 months ,at 2 facilities, no one even helped us get in to our car....disgusting......they need to get their act together. He has been home for a week and is walking,,and doing everything himself. There was not a walker in his room at rehab, until last week....All they say is that they are short staffed and many people were there that just started . one nurse did not understand English at all. I must compliment. nurse Ashley for the compassion she showed me during this very stressful time and the Social worker Alyssa. She was compassionate and listened ,and tried to address my concerns in general. the therapy seemed to start him at his recovery ,but they could have worked him harder as he slept most of the day. Sad state of our medical care in this country.....Very stressful experience

A modern facility with a wide range of services and excellent quality of care. The outpatient…read moresurgery unit runs like a well-oiled machine, and the staff seem very organized and efficient. My only complaint is that the collections process feels a bit overzealous. They start calling patients for payment days before the service is even provided. It can feel a little pushy.

Went to the ER here three times and once discharged I looked at my medical notes. They misgendered…read moreme multiple times ( I am a cisgender male), accused my partner at the time of tampering with my medications because the nurses looked at an outdated blood test rather than the current one performed ( in fact, they themselves admitted that they messed up, but did not reflect in the notes), and they put down the wrong hospital (There is a witness.) if you are LGBTQ+ do not even bother here either. If you have concerns or scared for your rights being taken away and express that clearly and coherently, they will flat right dismiss you in your notes, just not in your face.. Worse is if you want to request a change to reflect any wrong information, they will lead you to department after department without any real progress. Effectively putting you into a circle. If you have positive feelings about the hospital then more power to you. Its great that you got good quality care from the doctor that treated you. This is just my experience.
