Princess Dental my experience was horrible ..
*you charged me big money - You used up all of my coverage and charged my credit card
I cannot afford to start all over again with a different dentist
-traumatized .. you know I have PTSD
*my mouth is a mess and I am in pain
* you knew I had major surgery coming up and I had to back out because of you
You put my safety in jeppoardy in many ways
I asked to just get a refund and I will walk away but you refuse because of greed and because you know there is no recourse for dissatisfied patients
All people can do is go public and this is not unlawful if you are honestly telling what happened to you
You assume since I have a mental health issue, I am inept .. you are so wrong .. I am smart / well researched / I have friends including some in denistry / I know the law / I do not do stupid things that ruin my credability / I detest corruption and the mistreatment of vulnerable people ..
Dentists are supposed to be of high integrity but many are not as I learned in my experience here by watching "Marketplace"

-Your condesending rude manager Gerilyn who seems to have all of the power, lied and told me I had $1500 coverage when I only had $600 so my Blue Cross was used all up and you put charges on my Visa without my consent
Is she getting kickbacks? Why is she doing this and how many others did she do this too? Most people dont remember what their coverage is .. you all knew I was under extreme duress with my mom being rushed to emergency ... you took advantage
Blue cross says Gerilyn can call about coverage amounts but she made it look like she looked it up online .. later when I found out the truth, she told me she said I had bewteen $ 500 to $1500 and it was my responsibility to know
Blue Cross CAN be refunded Gerilyn .. you told me this was against the law which is another lie
-Your office sure uses high pressure sales tactics : pressuring people, even those who are anxious, to agree to major costly procedures on the spot - handing a lengthy impossible to understand quote to patients in the waiting room area in front of others .. zero privacy and expecting compliance even when you know the person might have financial barriers or mental health issues etc. - the absence of an appropriate treatment plan that is written in laymens terms with procedures priorotized AND having this explained by a dentist AND giving the patient time to process .. etc
-If a patient questions things, they are met with a defensive angry response .. I was told this was my fault and I caused the staff stress
No attempt to problem solve
The belief is that the patient is always WRONG
Gerilyn is not easy to deal with / she is a bully and the owner, Dr. Mc Intosh will not get involved
I see in reviews others have the same opinion
-MY dentist Dr. Mc Intosh shuffles his patients off to others without their consent .. hes always too busy to see me even in emergencies / serious matters HOWEVER he is always accepting new patients
I was told this style is called " kingpin" where the owner dentist recruits patients and then passes them off to his partners who are often yoing and new .. all done without patient consent
I have asked REPEATEDLY for my dentist but he is never available .. maybe if I was wealthy and important but I am just a former teacher / middle aged solo woman with mental health struggles
This clinic views me as unimportant in general
-I went to this clinic for a filling that fell out on left side which you did nothing to / you did a ton of costly x rays on my head and all over my mouth / you gave me a $ 12 000 quote ???!!! DR. Mc Intosh told me I had fantastic teeth ??!!
-You started root canals and then a week later you told me to get my teeth pulled that I paid you to work on, without a valid reason or appropriate assessment .. you told me to get root canals because my teeth were good
Extracting one side of your teeth in your mouth is a life altering decision not to be made in the spot under pressure without explanation
-You had a novice dentist do root canals without telling me he was a new employee / recent grad and you ignored me for a week after when I had awful pain in my jaw - cheekbone - eye ... I think the new dentist screwed up and this is why he said to extract my teeth
-you refused to do tests to rule out infection or do anything to help me when I finally got there to see a dentist... so I had to go to my GP for help
-the young dentist talked in circles with no definative answer aboit my issues so I asked him to write a letter to my doctor which he agreed to but did NOT.. I was trying to decide if I should proceed with my surgery
-Ihad a blood test and contrary to what you people told me, I have no infection
- I was refused sedation - i experienced pain which I said woukd be unaccepteable... I had to be frozen reoeatedly .. i passed out in the chair so they had to shake me awake and put a monitor on me
Etc etc etc etc .. NIGHTMARE read more
