The gaping hole made me question how long would I have to go without it. We live an hour outside of Brandon and was concerned about scheduling. I immediately called Dr. Bonar and got an appointment the following day. I wondered if he would be able to work with the loose tooth, add a post and re-cement it. Or begin the tedious, time-consuming and costly process of having a new veneer made in the lab. Much to my relief, Dr. Bonar immediately took care of my problem. I walked out smiling about an hour later feeling very grateful again as he had done a similar repair for me in 2015. He told me then it might only be temporary, but is still holding today. My sincere appreciation to the well-experienced and personable Dr. Bonar, Kendra, his assistant, and staff.

She gave me options, explained everything really well, was warm and professional! Dental Hygenist also was personable and as gentle as she could be. Finally going to the dentist doesn't have to be a terror inducing event! My previous dentist visits (at the place we had gone since I was a kid) left me early in tears the last time from a snarky dental hygienist who left me with immense pain that gave me headaches for 3 days and a dentist who when I expressed that I was having sensitivity and had questions about some other issues shrugged and basically told me just to live with it. So glad I finally realized that there were other dentists I could try!

Gave me fillings that literally fell out and now have to be redone again by someone who actually knows what they are doing. They also suggested I have a root canal done where he had given me one of the fillings because "they killed the nerve " putting in the previous filling. I never went back and thankfully not since I was just told I do not need a root canal. So please save your teeth and go somewhere else.

If you've got trouble teeth, do prepare for big pressure to be put on your jaw. Nothing went wrong but I wasn't fully mentally prepared for the amount of pressure it took to get my teeth out so I was sweating up a bit with the anxiety. The people I interacted with are kind and professional, which really helps with dealing with the nerves.

I made a complaint the next day because I was experiencing pain in the tooth, and it went from a normal looking white tooth to a mix of yellow paste and fractured white remanants of my existing tooth. My complaint fell on deaf ears on the ladies at the front counter. They looked at me like I was causing a scene and didn't address my complaint at all. Then they tried charing me another 200 for making the complaint after I forced it out and when I said "but you didn't do anything" they said don't worry about the "appointment money" and tried to set me up with another appointment in 6 months. The guy dentist there is really good but that young lady has no idea what she's doing and her staff back her up. I'll never go back and consider my last visit to be one of the worst mistakes of my life. Everyday I feel pain in the took and it looks horrible, not to mention it cost me 1200.
