" I stopped here for gas and the person behind that little window intercom " thing" did not say one word. Not a " hello," no " thank you," absolutely nothing. I found it to be really bizarre. How do you not greet a customer? If I didn't speak we'd probably still be looking at one another. Their prices are higher than others in the neighborhood ( I now know this) and they have horrible customer service so I would " steer" ( no pun intended) clear of this place. Go where your business is appreciated not to a place that doesn't have the common courtesy to say " hello." Remember, there are plenty of other gas stations around. If you are in the market for high prices and awful customer service, this is definitely your place. I prefer friendly people who are looking to make their customers smile and make sure that their needs are met.

Bathroom access required a keypad, which is understandable, however I was escorted to the door, and the code was deliberately concealed rather than shared. Once I got inside, I noticed the door lock had been taped over, preventing it from being locked from the inside which raised my privacy n safety concerns honestly. The bathroom itself was poorly maintained. Toilet paper wasn't properly stocked, floor was sticky, there was an exposed hole in the wall blowing hot air over the toilet, and handwritten graffiti "no smoking crack" had been left directly beneath the "no smoking" sign. I don't usually leave reviews for convenience store-gas stations, but this stood-out due to basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should be addressed. With better oversight of the bathroom, this 7-Eleven could be much improved.

My credit card was charged for an amount of 25 dollars higher than any amount I have ever paid and when I checked my tank, it was only filled 3/4. I returned to ask for a receipt and no one seemed to speak English. I was told by the cashier that he cannot retrieve my receipt. There is something terribly wrong with this situation. Nothing to look at inside or out, it serves the basic refueling need with no apologies. Decent guys behind the register - in and out. Perfect.
