I found the manager to be quite knowledgeable as he assisted me with selecting a Sangria. The location of the store is good, it has ample parking, is well lit and security was present. After I left the store, I realized that I had dropped one of my gloves on the street in front of the liquor store. My friend, who drove me to the store, called the store and spoke with the manager about the missing glove. My friend returned to the store later that night and the manager assisted with searching for the glove. The glove was found under a parked vehicle on the street. I was impressed with the service and assistance afforded by the manager, as he went out of his way to find my glove. I would definitely recommend this liquor store and will be back when in the area.

No matter who is behind the register, they're always so nice/friendly. Not overly chatty, just kind and polite. Although the interaction is brief, little things like that matter, to me. It makes me feel like you appreciate my business. Even if I have a question the employee(s) are knowledgeable about what they do/dont have and are quick to not just tell you where to look/find it in the store, if possible they'll walk you to it. Nice touch! It gives me Total Wine vibes :) I can confidently say this about their service because I've been enough times, sporadically, to know lol. I personally prefer to go to the Liquor Gallery or Garcia's due to Butler's overall lack of selection. Butler's is on Elmora right next to the 711 and right across the street from Destino's lounge. There is NO parking lot, just the street which is horrible. If you can be real quick just park in the 711 lot. You have up to half hour before you get towed. Don't eff around either, they will have you towed with the quickness!! They accept major cards. They of course sell tobacco products and bogies are a bit cheaper here than at 711.
