We tried making it try and be reasonable and understanding , but that didnt work, Olivia the lady we spoke to was very rude and no compassion at all. No customer skills and was trying to rush me to get off the call. Truck was taken for a transmission flush and all the did was drain it and replace gasket with a cork gasket not a standard rubber which is what truck call for, the filter was not changed still had factory one on there we know because we marked it and well they didnt replace just put it back on. Nothing wrong with truck when we took it for flush, on way home it stalled , water everywhere and temp over 210. Had to find other mechanic to look at it and redo the work done, Neitos transmission shop didn't want to make it good and even listen to what we had to say. Not good service at all.

Stopped here to get my front end alignment and was taken right in. Right away the sales guy said if…read morethere's additional parts we will have to discuss those when it comes up. If I refuse to have the repairs done they don't guarantee the alignment. So the guy took my truck in and came back about 15 minutes later saying that I need needed both the upper and the lower joints and it would be $800. I refused the additional work and they did my alignment as best they could, anyway so they said. Upon leaving I paid my $69 and got a receipt but what was lacking was the computer print out of what work they actually did. When I asked him for the form that comes with the alignment and shows what and how many adjustments they made they said they couldn't not print it up for me because a printer was out of ink. So how do I really know what work was done? I again ask them and they said well you can go to the alignment machine and take a picture of what we did for your records so that's what I ended up doing. I am somewhat dissatisfied with that aspect of the work being that there is no real verification of what was actually done to my vehicle, for all I know I paid 69.00 bucks and the truck still the same.
