Just coming here to say this is an indigenous owned and operated shuttle service from Cancun…read moreAirport to your hotel in Isla Holbox and back. This is a massive undertaking (an Odessyan journey of sorts) but they are on time and reliable beyond belief. They will confirm with you through Whatsapp the day before but if you are nervous like me they will confirm your reservations at any time. At Cancun airport they were there with my name on a sign and then it's a 2 hour drive to the ferry to the island. The drivers will stop if you want to eat or use the bathroom. Then they walk you to the ferry, which runs until 9:00 pm. They give you the ferry tickets and then when the ferry arrives at the island they have a golf cart there again to pick you up. Super coordinated. When we left the island, the taxi was at the hotel right on time and took our photos for the shuttle driver waiting for us at the ferry landing.

Fantastic Organization!…read more This is a business owned by Chuy and he provides Top Notch Service. Everyone with his organization is Professional & Friendly. First, he provides transport from Cancun Airport to Isla Hotbox hotels. Its not an easy trip, given that its 1 1/2 hours from airport to Chiquila, where you catch the ferry and then a golf cart taxi takes you to the hotel. But when you order his service, its all taken care of. At every stop, there was a driver with a sign with our names on it and they took care of our luggage and our tickets every step of the way. Kudos to our drivers, Daniel & Freddie. As if that wasn't enough, we decided to give one of his tours a try to Chichen Itza and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. Chuy makes sure they pull out all the best stops. Our driver, Mario, was wonderful (we had him make stops for Coffe & Tequila Distillery, even though, it wasn't in the plans). First, we had a fantastic guide at the Chichen Itza ruins. Pepe was friendly, funny and knowledgable. Then, we had a Beautiful & Refreshing stop at the Cenote. Next, we had a delicious stop of authentic Mayan tacos in a little shack (YUM!). We couldn't believe how much we were able to cram into one day. Our friends did a Whale Shark tour in the summer and it wasn't the right season for us to do it, but we were so jealous of their experience that we're talking about going back. Also, was able to book transfers online (awesome!) and use Paypal to pay for everything. Bar None, this has been one of my favorite tour experiences around the world.

We did 2 ziplines, canoed, swam in the Cenote, and ate a delicious meal. Our tour guide Tonica was outstanding, explaining to us the culture of the Mayans and the history of the area. No phone are allowed during this portion, but there are lockers available to store your things. Our 2nd stop was at the Coba ruins, where we saw the Mayan temples in the town of Coba. It was a long walk to the main temple, but it was a cool experience and beautiful architecture to see. The whole trip was an all day adventure, but well worth it! Definitely recommend if your looking to learn about the culture of the area and the people who live here! :-)

Our guide, Erik, could not have been more of a delight. He was so friendly and made the whole experience that much more incredible. His knowledge of the site and his safety tips helped us at each event. While we were there we went through several ziplines, snorkeled through ancient cenotes, rappelled, and got to eat some delicious and authentic Mexican food. I absolutely recommend this excursion for anyone looking for something exciting on their trip.

Absolutely horrible experience…read more I had booked a private transfer from Cancun to Playa Mujeres. I arrived and there was nobody waiting for me. I therefore had to use my phone in Mexico (something I was not planning on doing) to contact the Tour Operator. I was told there was an issue with the reservation getting into their system and to hold on. After about 20 minutes they told me that it would be at least an hour before they could get anyone to me. That they would cancel this trip and issue me a refund and that I could find a Taxi. Obviously I would not use this company to return to the airport and booked with a different company. Now, had this company wanted to even attempt to make things right, they should have informed me to book a taxi, and they would pay for that taxi. The trip I booked via Viator was $118. The Taxi Cost me about $147 for one way and the return trip with a different company was $75. So, essentially this company could have offered to pay for the taxi (they would not have had to pay for the cost of their driver or their transportation). So, for maybe an out of pocket expense to them of under $100 they could have maybe had a little better review. But, I did request and get a refund. The company responded to me, "We apologize, there was indeed an error in the automated system entry; however, we have approved 100% of the refund. We regret the inconvenience and remain at your service. Best regards!" User beware if you are using this company.

We chose the Cenotes, Mayan ruins and snorkeling excursion. The $170 excursion included lunch, cold water, snacks, transportation from our resort in Playa Del Carman, tour guide. The 3 part excursion lasted from 745 to 3 PM. Highly recommend bringing towels, bug spray, water proof phone case, snacks and if you choose the Cenotes bring a flash light if you arent a fan of the dark. My friends and I really enjoyed our experience. Everything was organized. We had plenty of time to ourselves to explore and overall we felt really safe. We booked on Trip Advisor to get the price of $170. I'd recommend going through maybe your resort or hotel to see if you can get an additional discount.

Alex was super informative and had a ton of really interesting knowledge about the area. The cenotes were absolutely incredible. Alex showed us a bunch of cool spots to dive and some secret areas that the other tours that were there didn't seem to be going to. I can't even describe how cool the cenotes were. It's like being on another planet! I highly recommend this tour company. Worth every penny and seriously made my trip so memorable.

Super fun tour learning and exploring nature's beauty…read more Booked the 3 cenote tour and had a blast with ATC. Alex, our guide; was super knowledgable explaining to us how cenotes form and also the cultural importance. He made us feel right at home, especially since I'm not the best swimmer. I've had issues before with snorkeling equipment malfunctioning on other trips but everything worked great this time with Alex's tips. We explored 3 unique cenotes and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy exploring them. Alex showed us how to free-dive (it's important to equilibrate your ears) which came in handy when he showed us hidden spots in the mangroves and even had us explore some underwater caves fully submerged (only if you felt comfortable). In between swims, he had ice cold sweet pineapples and water for us. Although you could technically do the cenote swims yourself, I believe it's worth the little bit extra to have a guide show you how to use the equipment properly (nothing worse than a water-filled snorkel mask) and also the hidden spots (all of the other tourists that came on their own to the grand cenote just stayed attached to the buoyed lines that were laid out). Well worth it in my opinion.

What an amazing trip with Limbert and Luis. My wife is not…read morea confident snorkeller but with help from Luis and Limbert she went out into quite a rough sea to see the turtles and then snorkelled over some deep water in the cenote/caves. We both thoroughly enjoyed the half day trip and would recommend it to anyone. Limbert was a very knowledgeable guide and told us a lot about the history of Mexico on the drive down. Both were quite close to Playa Del Carmen/ Playacar so the longest drive was around thirty minutes. I got some great photos and at the end of the trip we were sent a Google Drive of the photos that Limbert had taken.

An Unforgettable Tour Thanks to Rod and Limbert! I was lucky to experience a truly unique custom tour organized by Rod, the owner, and Limbert, our tour guide. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable--warm, personalized, and incredibly thoughtful. Limbert wasn't just a guide; he felt like a true friend welcoming us into his home. His knowledge of Mayan culture is outstanding, and visiting the ruins with him felt like traveling back in time--an educational and fascinating experience we wouldn't have had with anyone else. Swimming with the turtles was also absolutely out of this world. Limbert made sure everything was safe, smooth, and above all, magical. He also took us to amazing restaurants with authentic Mexican cuisine, far from the tourist traps and full of local flavor. Thanks to Rod and Limbert, my vacation was more than excellent--it was truly memorable. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover the Yucatán Peninsula with depth, authenticity, and a personal touch you'll never forget.

**A Day of Sun and Discovery: Chichen Itza Adventure, local lunch buffet, and cenote visit**…read more I recently had the opportunity to visit the ancient Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Despite the scorching heat, our group had an absolute blast exploring this incredible site. **The Weather: A Sizzling Challenge** Let's get the obvious out of the way - it was HOT. Like, "I-can't-even-wear-my-sunglasses-because-their-frames-are-melting" hot. The sun beats down relentlessly, making every step feel like a marathon. But, as they say, "no pain, no gain" - and we were determined to make the most of our day. **The Ruins: A Treasure Trove of History** As we ventured deeper into the site, our eyes widened in awe at the sheer scale and grandeur of the ancient structures. The Pyramid of Kukulkan (El Castillo) stole the show, its intricate carvings and stairways a testament to the ingenuity of the Mayans. The Temple of Warriors, with its 9 pillars, was another highlight - each one adorned with symbolic carvings that told stories of battles and mythological creatures. **Cenote** We were also lucky enough to visit a local cenote and were thoroughly impressed. Despite the short visit, the experience was refreshing and rejuvenating. (about an hour 1/2 or so) The water was crystal clear and a perfect temperature - a welcome respite from the hot Cancun sun. The calm and peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and relax. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to cool off or experience the natural beauty of Cancun, I highly recommend checking out one of these local cenotes. Don't expect to spend hours exploring, but do expect to leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. **Tips and Takeaways** * Bring sunscreen. Like, a lot of sunscreen. * Bring a canteen filled with Ice and water * Wear comfortable shoes - you'll be doing a lot of walking. * Take breaks in shaded areas or under umbrellas to avoid heat exhaustion. * Don't miss the acoustics demonstration at El Castillo - it's an impressive display! * Be prepared for crowds and long lines during peak season. * Consider booking a guided tour to get a deeper understanding of the site's history and significance. Thank you NOE and team!
