They offered a partial refund, but this situation clearly came from a broken or unclear cancellation process. I hadn't used the service after the first month. Extremely frustrating experience. I payed for a car wash and buff&shine that's almost $30.00 nowadays. After the car dryer blew a part off my BMW and I had to walk the car wash to retrieved a part from my hood. I talk to the owner and all he wanted to do is argue with me and tell me it was my fault that something broke. The Service is not like it used to be the inside windows did not get wiped down still had the squirts marks on the windows running down the window didn't wipe the tires down or the Rims just saying the quality is not like it used to be back in the late 70s and 80s do not waste your money on this car wash. Yes these are the engines that are under the class action lawsuits. Their problems are while documented. I just over 100,000 miles. The engine completely failed. The head gasket failed at 95,000 miles and that should've been my second clue of major engine problems. I started burning huge amounts of oil at 65,000 miles despite using synthetic oil and changing them at 4000 mile Intervals. I was told that this kind of consumption was normal for modern engine.,Once his car failed catastrophically was literally driving down the and the engine just more offer or the manufacture is willing to their cars. They are still selling those engines and they in my opinion, they're still frankly pieces of garbage. As a result, I will never buy anything from this dealership again.
