Reached out to support, and they initially responded but eventually stopped replying once I pushed for a full refund. They offered a partial refund, but this situation clearly came from a broken or unclear cancellation process. I hadn't used the service after the first month. Extremely frustrating experience. I payed for a car wash and buff&shine that's almost $30.00 nowadays. After the car dryer blew a part off my BMW and I had to walk the car wash to retrieved a part from my hood. I talk to the owner and all he wanted to do is argue with me and tell me it was my fault that something broke. The Service is not like it used to be the inside windows did not get wiped down still had the squirts marks on the windows running down the window didn't wipe the tires down or the Rims just saying the quality is not like it used to be back in the late 70s and 80s do not waste your money on this car wash. I returned to the dealership to have it removed on 6/2, $4,384, on a $6,000 car loan as I'd put 1/2 down, btw. On 7/11 I returned to the dealership as it was still on my loan, over 30 days later. Unbelievably, I was told it could take 120 days...wth! On 8/29 I returned AGAIN to the dealership and spoke personally with the finance agent, having him resubmit a cancellation on paperwork I printed off from the warranty website. Today, 9/14/26, it is STILL NOT removed from my loan, but following up with the warranty company this morning and it was cancelled 8/30! Refund will be sent to the bank soon! This sounds like a scam/con to me!! Sorry I didn't follow up on people I wanted to trust after telling me their life story, while waiting to purchase a vehicle.
