It was just okay. The best thing I can say was that we were greeted warmly. It was great to be away from the busy terminal. The bathroom was clean. The seats were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating. There's an outdoor terrace that overlooks the runway. I know what you're thinking. Nope, there's no smoking allowed on the terrace. I thought that was great. The breakfast was limited. I can only describe it as adequate. It was very basic in terms of taste. The chicken sausage was good. The eggs had a film of water mixed with egg at the bottom of the pan. Nothing really looked great, and nothing was truly warm. The coffee machine was broken. No one seemed happy about that. I guess we hit it on a bad day. There is a soft drink station with 2 liter bottles and a tiny bucket of ice cubes. Needless to say, the 3 ice cubes melted right away. Lol! However, it did cool off the Coke Zero. I'll give it that. I felt like I was in a different time dimension (England in the 1980s). It's what you'd expect from a pub, but not a premium lounge. Yep, Primeclass needs some work. Other than that, I found the Zurich Airport to be quite efficient. It's the lounge that needs to step it up to make it an even better experience. Great lounge to relax in before a flight. Very spacious with lots of seats and plugs. Washrooms were clean and I think they had showers. The food offerings for the day were pretty decent - my favourites were the tomato sauce meatballs and the penne with mushrooms white sauce pasta. Lots of drink (juice, tea, coffee, soft drink, alcohol) options, which was exciting! Service was very prompt with clearing away plates and restocking food. read more

This lounge has fantastic ambience, comfortable chairs and seating space with tons of access to monitors for flights. Whwre it fails is the quality and variety of food. I went for breakfast and maybe the lunch and other options are better. It has the usual coffee, croissant and bread. Only scrambled eggs and grilled tomatoes. It doesn't have oats or muesli and only unhealthy options like corn flakes. Fruit options are banana apple and oranges. The breads are very basic quality and so is the salad choices. Their hard liquor selection is extensive but only Heineken and one Swiss beer as options. The outdoor area is fantastic with comfortable chairs. But does get noisy. Again, the lounge allowed for some quiet retreating from the crowds prior to boarding the flight to LAX. The lounge was quiet, clean, comfortable, offered free WiFi. Just past lunch time, the selection of food items was somewhat limited but there were plenty of drinks. This time, the weather was perfect and allowed for watching air traffic. PREVIOUS REVIEW: The lounge in Terminal E was a great opportunity to retreat from the masses that are back at traveling and try to board internationally beyond Europe. The lounge was quiet, clean, comfortable, and there was a reasonable selection of food items, plenty of drinks. Free Wi-Fi is obvious. Its dirty. Its filthy. The cutlery were dirty, full of stains. The carpet were full of coffee and sauce, whatever rubbish pieces. The food is just ok, and practically no choices. If you have tried the lounges in Asia or middle East. Its a day and night difference. Trust me. I am not use to this kind of lounge and especially in Switzerland. I was there after Xmas 2025, so if there is a good review before this date or long after this date, maybe somethings were changed. read more

Breakfast is eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast. Lunch is cooked vegetables, potatoes, some meatloaf, pasta. Some snack options include cheese, olives, tomatoes. Self serve drinks. So freaking good. Still remembering this awesome lounge in Zurich airport. That breakfast was amazing. So many options and freshness. I pretty much don't like to eat on the plane anymore. So lounges are my best bet before a long flight. This lounge was great. I felt like I ate two meals before boarding the plane. The eggs were cooked perfectly, they had a ton of pastries etc. The juices/coffee drinks didn't disappoint either. The employees are plenty and are a few steps away to assist you if you need help. The seating and relaxing atmosphere is great. Next time in this airport, this is pretty much the only lounge I want to go to. Extras- They have USB outlets and showers available as well. This is an outstanding Priority Pass lounge, one of the few that I could see being worth the day pass charge without a membership. The setup is great, with a ton of comfortable seating in a variety of configurations, and windows in all directions including overlooking runways...plus outdoor seating, which is super rare. Lots of plugs around, both Swiss & EU standards. When I entered, I saw the cold foods -- yogurt, granola, pastries -- and thought cool, I can make a breakfast of that. But then I saw the hot buffet of eggs, sausages, pancakes! Good coffee machine too, and range of self pour drinks & alcohol. read more

Classy lounge in Zurich Airport. It might be one of the best lounges I've been in Zurich Airport. The layout is comfortable with many sofas, tables and chairs. Our flight was in morning time and the breakfast spread was great. I tried many of the offerings like scrambled eggs, toast, juice, and more. Everything was freshly made and delicious. This is located in terminal E after going thru security. The employees are many and keep the place tidy. They pick up plates and cups etc in a timely manner. In views, they have outside terraces which showcase airplanes coming and going. They also have shower amenities at this lounge. Give yourself plenty of time before you board/exit the lounge because they do another preboarding check before you board. read more

Zurich Airport has so many good lounges, especially Terminal E. Like all the lounges on the upper floor of Terminal E, there's great views of airplanes from the windows and the outdoor patios. A straightforward buffet-- breakfast of pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and coldcuts-- plus a semi-decent amount of beverages. A mix of tables, chairs, and high-backed chairs with plenty of big TVs. At least as far as food goes, the breakfast buffet felt more ample than their competitor right next door. Perhaps more basic, and less fresh, but it definitely hit the spot. While the power outlet situation wasn't quite as good, the high-backed chairs, which might have seemed strange or tacky (a little too Alice In Wonderland???) before COVID-19, now during a global pandemic, the high-backed chairs actually seem quite appropriate for a little separation and a little privacy. Again, like their competitors next door, it could almost be 5*, but... not quite. Their competitors next door are perhaps a bit too business-like, whereas the PrimeClass Lounge seems just a touch overboard with the TVs. Back in the day, before I had access to airport lounges, I remember imagining them being luxurious oases of serene quiet and good food. Alas, they're often crowded, shabby, and the food anything but delicious. I was happy to discover that Zürich Airport's Primeclass Lounge was every bit as nice as I'd hoped airport lounges would be. It was quiet, the food was good, it offers great views out two sides (nearly 360 degrees if you're going for that), outdoor terraces, newspapers, and is spacious. The decor is modern and hip too! This is probably one of the nicest Priority Pass lounges that I have accessed while I've had the membership. This lounge is accessible in Terminal E, which are flights that are departing the EU. After clearing immigration and taking the train to terminal E from terminal A/B, you'll come up the stairs and find two options for priority pass - Aspire to your right and Primeclass to your left. If you're crunched on time, go to Primeclass as this has everything that aspire has plus showers. Amenities include shower, bathrooms, coffee, food (appetizers, entree, dessert), drinks, and even a private suite that you can rent for the day. Would definitely stop by here again if I were to come through Zurich again. read more

Great tasty chicken sausage. Facility clearly first class. Tested the service when I asked for a lightning cord to borrow for charging, as I foolishly forgot mine in the luggage. Fantastic lounge! Like just about everything at Zurich airport, the primeclass lounge is a treat! Lots of different styles of comfortable seating, most of it with outlets within easy reach to charge your devices. The have usb outlets as well in addition to the ones for plugs so no worries if you aren't carrying european plugs or an adapter. Nice big windows with a lovely view of the tarmac and the scenery beyond. Lovely breakfast spread in the morning and superb coffee from the coffee machines. They also have a self serve bar with a variety of spirits and liquors. Best part is there are also 2 showers in case you want to freshen up after a long flight. Staff wonderful and helpful as well. Definitely one of the better lounges I've visited since joining the Lounge Key programme. With a direct view of the apron and an outdoor terrace with seating, it's bound to excite any aviation enthusiast out there. There is ample seating in the afternoon hours and most seats offer easy access to power plugs. Alcohol is offered on a self-serve basis, and the choices featured are mostly mid-range brands. Decent selection of local wine. My only gripe was that hot food options weren't actually hot. read more
