I hired The Plains Chem Dry for two bedrooms in my house. He was done in 30 mins. I had pet stains and my carpet was older but in good shape. I had End of the Roll at my home previously, they said the carpet was in too nice of shape to require replacement. Ryan the owner of Chem Dry came out and was very condescending. I told him I was not satisfied as my carpet was still dirty. He told me "it's clean, even though it doesn't look clean, it's clean." He charged me $260, and told me I need to educate myself regarding carpet cleaning. In a matter of minutes after he left, I got the stains out, which he told me would be impossible. Do NOT hire, beware!

Would highly recommend them, they took the time to show me the differemt cleaners they use etc. they got out dark stains from our white carpet that I thought would have to be re-carpeted. Lovely couple, incredibly professional, will continue to use them in the future and recommend to others. The $40 spot clean service was absolutely worth the money, wally spent a good half hour testing different solutions on a stain i had been told by another carpet cleaning company would simply need to be cut out of the carpet. He got the stain right out. I can't thank them enough for their hard work.
